★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 価格は安くないがスニーカーの品揃えに特徴あり。同フロアにランニングシューズ売場があるためかタウンユースやアウトドア系の商品などがここにあって、ソックス類も豊富。ABCマートにないものをここで探す感じ。チャムスやパタゴニアのトレーナーやTシャツ、小物類も充実しており新宿と比べアイテム数は多くはないが絞った展開をしている。新宿は広いスペースがうまく活用できていない感じがあるが池袋はちょうどいい感じ。サーフィン関係もあるが興味のない自分にとってはキャンプ関係を充実してほしいところ。

Probably because there is a running shoes section on the same floor, there are town use and outdoor products here, and socks are also abundant. It's like looking for something that ABC-Mart doesn't have. There are plenty of trainers, T-shirts, and accessories for Chums and Patagonia, and although the number of items is not large compared to Shinjuku, the development is narrowed down. I feel that the large space in Shinjuku is not being utilized well, but Ikebukuro is just right. For me who is not interested in surfing, I want you to enhance camping.

定評があるようですが、もう少しバイト定員(？)の教育に力を入れて欲しいです。
あの年配の色黒茶髪、女性定員… 二度と関わりたくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日池袋オッシュマンズで買物をしましたが、接客の感じの良さが低い。先ず店に入っていらっしゃいませを言われたことがほぼ無い。品揃えは豊富で見応えのある楽しいお店のはずなのに、接客力によってそれらが台無し。アウトドアの商品を扱うお店ってそんな暗い接客なんでしょうか。以前買物をした時も声が小さく、買って頂きありがとうございます、という感謝の念を感じなかったのでこちらの評価とさせて頂きます。
I went shopping at Ikebukuro OSHMAN'S the other day, but the customer service is not very good. First of all, I have almost never been told to come to the store. It should be a fun shop with a wide selection of items, but they are ruined by the customer service. Isn't a store that sells outdoor products such a dark customer service? Even when I shopped before, my voice was quiet and I didn't feel the gratitude that I thank you for buying it, so I will evaluate it here.

他にお客様も居なかったのに「いらっしゃいませ」も無く近くに居た店員さんは人の顔を見て場を離れた。
試着をしていても知らんぷり……買うつもりで来たから購入したが普段投稿などしないけど不愉快でした。
