退去時に難癖をつけて金を払わせようとします。それも向こうから電話すると言ったにも関わらず、ただ紙切れ一枚を送りつけるだけというとんでもなく不躾で失礼極まりないやり方で。
更に、過請求があったにも関わらずこちらから確認するまで謝罪もありません。
同じ思いをする方が少しでも減ることを願います。今でもこの犬のシルエットを見るたび腹が立つ。
Do not rent properties managed by this company. Absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不在中に緊急でもないのに断りなく部屋に入られ、入った形跡をわざと残されました。気持ち悪いです。ここの管理物件にお住みの方、入居検討される方、お気をつけください。私は2度とここの管理物件に住むことはないです。
