契約も 強引にすすめようとするので嫌な感じ。
比較的若い社員の方が 好感がもてる応対です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1件目に紹介された物件が気に入った。2件目は、提示していた条件が入っていなかった。無駄足。内見時も、ほとんど物件について喋らず、物件に魅力を感じなかった。
しかし何社も見て回った中で、最終的にエイブルの1件目が気に入った。エイブル東大宮店の口コミは最低だったが、契約後は基本オーナーとやり取りをするようで、店舗とは契約更新の際に関わるくらいだと聞いたので、契約をしに2度目の来店。
店内は混雑していて、座れなかったので待機。その間数分、誰も自分に声をかけなかった。要件を聞いたり、少々お待ちくださいと声をかけるなどあってもよかったのではないだろうか。
数分後、席に通され、契約に移った。必要事項を全て書き終え、あとは物件抑え金？を払うだけのところで、一番重要視していた条件が実は付いていなかった物件だったと発覚した。最初の来店時に、一番上に記入していた条件だったのに。結局、内見した1件目も2件目も、契約しに来店したのも、全て無駄足。人の時間と労力を何だと思っているのだろうか。紹介した営業担当は頭がおかしいのか？
その後、お詫びの連絡も何も無し。最低。
東大宮店だけでなく、エイブルは二度と使わないと誓った。

However, as I saw many companies, I finally liked the first of Able. Although it seemed that it was the lowest in Able Higashi Omiya store reviews, after contracting it seems to interact with the base owner, I heard that it is related to the store when renewing the contract, so I came to a second visit to make a contract.
The inside of the store was crowded and I could not sit and waited. In the meantime no one asked me a loud voice. I wonder if it would have been good to listen to requirements or to say a little to wait a while.
After a few minutes, I got through the seat and moved on to the contract. Finished writing all the necessary items, and then restrain property? I just found out that the condition that I had the most emphasis on was simply a property that was not attached. Even though it was the condition that you filled in at the top of the first visit. After all, both the first and second cases that I saw, and the fact that I came to a contract to contract were all useless. What do you think of people's time and effort? Is your sales representative introverted?
After that, there was nothing to tell about apology. Minimum.
I vowed that I will not use Able as well as the Tokyo Omiya branch again.

また、スタッフは全体的にやる気を感じられないし色々質問してもめんどくさそうにするし、みんな連携が取れてないから手続きに無駄に時間を取られました。それについて謝罪もなし。二度と利用しません。
As others have said, the bad news about other companies is really great.

名刺も片手で渡してくるわ態度悪いわ言ってる事毎回違うわで今までの不動産で一番最悪でした。エイブルはこんな社員をほったらかしにしているんですね…がっかりです。ここのお店のせいでもう二度とエイブルを使う事は無いと思います。
Matsumoto acting store manager? The person was really the worst.
I'll give you a business card with one hand. I have a bad attitude. Every time I say something different, it was the worst real estate I've ever had. Able neglects such employees ... I'm disappointed. I don't think I'll ever use ABLE again because of the shop here.

他の方のレビューを見て少し不安（記載されている営業さんの対応）になりましたが、対応で少し気になるところはありましたが、特段問題は無かったです。悪口などヘイト的なところも一切無かったです。
まあ、せめて駐車場を用意したり、内覧するなら使い捨てサンダルくらいは用意してくれたら嬉しいところですが。。
決めた賃貸物件に駐車場もあればいいのになと言った呟きも拾った上で、好立地な場所を教えていただけたのですごく満足でした。
ある程度割り切れば、よい不動産会社さんだと思いますよ。

相談の電話をさせて頂きましたが、全然取り合ってくれません。面倒からなのか、その後の連絡も一切してくれません。エイブルさんには本当にガッカリです。
I'm disappointed.
I called for consultation, but they didn't talk to me at all. Maybe it's a hassle, and he won't contact me at all. I'm really disappointed with Able.

当方が若く、かつ1人で来店していたのもあるかもしれませんが、めちゃくちゃ無礼です。
人の趣味など聞き出してきて、仕方なく適当に答えると、へーどーでもいいみたいな返答してくる営業です。人間としてもどうかと思います。
また、契約前まで事故物件であることをほぼ説明されず、理解していないまま契約時にやっと聞く、という始末。
多分ここでめちゃくちゃいい物件があったとしても、二度と行きません。

なんか他の業者より契約して欲しい感じの圧力も少なく、いやらしさもなかったと感じます。
少なくとも評価が3以下になっているのはおかしい気がしてます。
