星はマイナス付けたい。
問い合わせのメールとかで、「おたくのメールは文字化けして意味わからないんだけど？」とか、「ネットで調べたような知識で交渉してくるな！」とか最初から最後まで酷い管理業者でした。
借りた物件の大家も酷かったし、類は友を呼ぶじゃないけど、そういうのが集まっちゃうのかな…
追記
退居時、敷金＋１０万近く取られました。
多くないか？と言ったら、出るとこ出てもらっても良いよ？って感じで面倒だから払ったけど…
もう一度言います。
検討中の方は、本当に気を付けて下さい。
