★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去の手続きで、目の前で引っ越し作業をしているのにもかかわらず、サインさせられて、忙しいようですのでまた後で伺います。その時に再度説明します。と言われてから数日経って、解約日が退去から1ヶ月であることが判明。契約書は有効だからの一点張り。正しいけど、本意じゃないし、正確な判断してないし、再度説明するとの約束は無くなってるしでひどい。
物件がいい物件が多いだけに、担当者が違うだけで、印象が全然違う。

A few days after being told, it turned out that the cancellation date was one month after moving out. The contract is valid, so it's one point.
