★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大層な名前がついているが、簡潔に言えば西友の屋上駐車場である。屋上駐車場含め、周辺の駐車場の運営を全て委託しているのでこのような名前になっている。西友の2階以上は24時間営業ではないため、この駐車場は深夜・早朝の営業は行っていない。
入口と周囲の建物の配置が絶妙に悪い。入りにくく、出る時も視界が制限されておっかない。信号機のある交差点がすぐそば。道路を横断する歩行者が多い。これらの状況から渋滞の要因の一つになっている。
