★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いい香りのするとろとろのチャーシュー、春雨のように細くてつるつるな麺、あっさりとしてるのに旨味たっぷりのスープ！
牛すじごはんは肉がおいしいのはもちろん、肉のタレが移ったお米もまた最高でした。

Not only the meat of the beef tendon rice was delicious, but also the rice with the sauce of the meat was the best.

丁寧なお仕事でスープを作られているんだなという印象です。
チャーシューの表面を焦がしているのがアクセントとなり、厚みも十分で食べ応えあります。
個人的にはお好みでラーメンには柚子胡椒、牛すじご飯には山葵があるといいなと思いました。とはいえ納得の味とお値段。
そしてお店の外観・内装とても素敵です。

Personally, I thought it would be nice to have yuzu pepper for ramen and wasabi for beef tendon rice. However, the taste and price are convincing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板から建屋からカウンターに至るまでカフェの様な雰囲気。そして写真のどんぶりでもお分かりの通り壁にも美しいどんぶりが飾られていて、他のラーメン屋さんとは違ったこだわりを感じました。
頂きましたのは「牛すじ肉と白ネギの旨味麺」という塩ラーメン。
牛すじ肉は香ばしい味でスープを汚すことはありません。そして白ネギにもよく合います。また、この牛すじ肉のご飯もあり、こちらも美味しそうな一杯でした。
上品な塩スープの上には玉がゆらゆら(笑)。見ていても、食べていても美しい、上品な一杯を堪能させて頂きました!!!

スタンダードな塩の竹燻製麺とミニ牛すじご飯のセットをいただきました。
ラーメンやスープを啜った時にふわっと感じる燻製の香りが堪らない！
チャーシューは提供前に炙られていてもちもちした食感もあり美味しいです。
牛すじご飯はとても柔らかく煮込まれた牛すじに、スープがしっかりと染み込んだご飯のバランスが素晴らしい！
定期的に食べたくなるラーメン屋さんです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで食べたラーメンの中で一番好きです。めっちゃ美味い。カウンターのみ。喫茶店を思わせるような店主さんが穏やかに動いてらして、入った途端感じる燻製の香りと雰囲気がとても良い。
ラーメンはメンマも卵もチャーシューも邪魔しないで調和してる。牛すじごはんも頼んだのでお腹一杯だったけど、最後まで飽きず美味しいまま。永遠に食べたい。

Ramen is in harmony with Menma, eggs and char siu without disturbing them. I was full because I ordered beef tendon rice, but I didn't get tired of it until the end and it remained delicious. I want to eat forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩や醤油ラーメンが売りのお店ですが、自分はつけ麺が大好きです。といっても2度の訪問ですが…
あっさりとした味付けのメニューが多い中、このつけ麺はつけ汁の味が濃いめに作られています。それがまた細麺によく合い、いくらでも食べられる気がするくらいです。
ほぼワンオペで提供に時間がかかりそうも、時間帯次第では貸し切り状態のような感じで料理をいただけるのでラーメン屋なのにレストランにいるような感覚で食事ができ、その味わいに集中できます。
サブメニューだと大根で包まれたギョーザがおいしいですよね。
またほかのメニューも食べていきたいです。

抜群にダシの効いた塩スープ、歯切れがよく透明感のあるちょっと変わった麺。
スープにイクラが入っていて、それと合わせてスープを飲むとまた絶妙な味に。
柔らかい牛スジの乗ったご飯もセットでいただきました。
対応も、水が無くなればすぐに注いでくれ、暑そうだとエアコンを調整してくれる素晴らしい店員さんです。
最高です。
店舗は外観も内装もオシャレです。
