While the priest wrote the stamp, he put it in a warm room. The building was fine and plum buds were swelling. I want to go again.

It is an ancient temple of Soto sect and is a very fine temple. First, there is Xiamen. You can see that the air changes into a kite as you walk along a dark approach in the daytime. A magnificent mountain gate is located in the place that opens when you pass through the approach. If you go further from there, you will not be able to reach the temple. It ’s a really wide area. (The border is designated as a cultural asset of the city) The temples of Zen Buddhism, including the main hall, remain beautiful. It is precious that you can enjoy this temple free of charge, although you can't enter it. In addition, there is a “sagumi pond” behind the temple, which seems to be the source of the Yodo River flowing through the city.

It is a temple of the Soto sect and the mountain number is Mt. Takamine. There is a legend that there used to be Kohoji Temple, which was built by Taira no Masakado, in this area, and it seems that this was the origin of the Yamago. It was founded by Mr. Mita, who was the owner of Katsunuma Castle, during the Bunki era (1501-1504). In the Edo period, he was given a red stamp of 20 stones. The temple area is a historic site designated by Tokyo, and the bronze bell is a national important art object. After visiting Isurugi Shrine, I couldn't make it in time for the bus, so I ended up walking to Torakashiwa Shrine and stopped by by chance. Well, there is a taste. A plain Somon gate, a magnificent mountain gate, a graceful and cute Nakajakumon gate, and three people. I think I was lucky that it was the plum season. Rather, this one is more impressive than the original purpose of Torakashiwa Shrine.

There is also Tenneiji Temple in Kyoto, so I thought that Kyoto was older, but it seems that Tenneiji Temple in Ome is considerably older. It must have been built in the hope of the well-being of the world. Visiting temples and shrines is generally relaxing, but the experience at Tenningji is surprisingly "exhilarating." When asked why it feels like that, it's because you can take a leisurely stroll through the vast site and the forests in the neighboring land are well maintained. The sky can be seen clearly, and the trees planted are also clearly transparent and refreshing. I visited there after a long time, but I wondered, "Is it so big?" Go through the mountain gate, pass through the cedar trees, and look up at the mountain to see the red pine forest. It was a wonderful temple than I expected. Speaking of temples, graves. Normally, I imagine something surprising and frightening, but it's so refreshing and orderly that it makes me think, "If I die, I want to sleep in a place like this." Of these, it was the Soto sect, so shouldn't I enter here? (Lol)
