平成28年10月16日参拝 規模は大きくないが、整理整頓清掃が行き届いた境内で、庭園もすばらしい。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多摩新四国88箇所にも指定されている真言宗豊山派の寺院です。
星名山と言う山号が有りますので夜の星がキレイなのでしょうか⁉️少しだけ高台に位置していますが今は廻りは谷野地区の住宅街です。昔ほど星空は見えなくなっているとは思います。
本尊は虚空像菩薩と言う事ですが鉄筋コンクリート造りの近代的な本堂です。本堂の扉は開いている事も多いので参拝も出来ます。
山門前には時雨桜に因んだ句碑も有り、また護摩堂や様々な石碑が境内に有ります。

Is there a mountain called Hoseiyama? Is the night star beautiful? ⁉️ Although it is located on the hill a little, now it is a residential area in the Yanano area. I think the starry sky is no longer visible.
This is a modern main hall made of reinforced concrete. The doors of the main hall are often open so you can worship.
There is a monument in front of the mountain gate, which is related to cherry blossoms, and there are Gomado and various stone monuments on the grounds.

法事などは、椅子に座って本堂でしていただけます。待合室も完備されていて奥様からお茶の接待などしていただく事ができました。
葬儀や告別式、法事の説法など、若いものにもなるほどと思う事をお話して下さいます。
昨今お寺様の姿勢として如何なものかと思うような金銭のお話を伺ったりすることが多い中で、檀家にの事情を汲み取ってくださるというお話を他の檀家さんからお聞きします。有り難い事です。
