★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり手入れされてない森林。ある程度、道は整理されているので、軽い森林浴や散歩に良い。ただし、最近では鹿、猪もいるので要注意。マムシもいるので注意が必要。ホタルなどの希少生物も生存しているため、環境保護の対象となっている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 永山の裏山ですが、道など整備が行き届いてます、展望台から眺望も、良いです(特に秋～春まで)
It is back mountain of Nagayama, but maintenance such as roads is good, and view from observation deck is good (especially from autumn to spring)

道路から離れているので鳥の鳴き声や風の音が気持ち良い。
所々に有る案内板には、ラミネートされた青梅の森の地図が設置されていて通行できない道が記載されており、ルートの設定がし易い

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いするぎ口へ下る途中、日本カモシカに出くわしました。私に気が付きましたが葉っぱを食べ続けていました。こんな近くにいるとは驚きです。道は良く安心ですが、ほとんど人が行かないので、女性の一人歩きはおすすめできません。
On the way down to Isugiguchi, I came across a Japanese serow. I noticed that I kept eating the leaves. It's amazing to be so close. The road is good and safe, but it is not recommended for women to walk alone as few people go.
