テ	テイクイットイージー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡山では老舗の人気ラーメン店。大量の鳥を煮込んで作った醤油ベースの中華蕎麦。駐車場はなし。オープン前から行列あり。ここの味を参考にしたラーメン店もあるほどずっと人気を保ち続けてます。今はパートのおばさんが数人で店舗をまわしてます。店内は現在はテーブルの4人席とカウンターの4席での営業です。回転は早いのでそこまで待つことはないと思います。最大の欠点は土日祝休み。自分は年に一度か二度と行けるかどうか。土日にどうしても食べたくなったら天神リスペクトの味付けの店中華そばカタヤマへ行きますけど。これからも続いて行って欲しいお店です。リスペクトも込めて☆4つ！ A long-established popular ramen shop in Okayama. A soy sauce-based Chinese soba made by boiling a large amount of birds. There is no parking lot. There is a line before the opening. The ramen shops that refer to the taste here have been so popular. Now, a few part-time aunts are going around the store. The store is currently open with 4 seats at the table and 4 seats at the counter. I don't think I'll wait that long because the rotation is fast. The biggest drawback is weekends and holidays. Whether I can go once or twice a year. If you really want to eat it on Saturdays and Sundays, I will go to the Chinese noodle shop Katayama, which is a seasoning shop of Tenjin respect. M	Miyazac 3839 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は6席と狭く、常に外に行列ができてます。特徴はあまりない醤油ダレベースラーメン（昔ながらの中華そば）ですが、何故かまた食べたくなりました。次に行ったら中毒性の謎を紐解いてみようかとおもいます? The inside of the store is small with 6 seats, and there is always a line outside. m	mono gram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の13時過ぎに到着しますが、店舗外には10数名の列が出来る程、さすがの人気ぶりに驚かされました。シンプルな「天神そば（1番（番号でオーダーします））」は王道の中華そばスタイルですが、一口頂いた瞬間の鶏の芳醇な旨味風味は別格。驚きを隠せませんでした。麺もかなり密度が高くぎゅっとした硬めの食感の中細ストレート。しかし滑らかでするする入る食べ易さに奥の深さを感じながら完食。店を出た瞬間に「また食べたい」と思わせた、今までに無い体験をさせて頂く事が出来ました。 I arrived after 13:00 on weekdays, but I was surprised at how popular it was, as there were more than a dozen people lined up outside the store.
