ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 師走も後半戦に突入、休日の市街地はかなり混んでいますね！。買い物を済ませランチに訪れたのは天神町の「リヨンペラーシュ」さん、この界隈では老舗のフランス料理店です。店内は奥に長い構造、全てテーブル席で橙色のクロスが敷かれています。休日フレンチなので女性比率高いです^^;　予約で満席、師走のフレンチは人気あります！ 3500円のランチコース、まずはアミューズの登場、鱈の白子、量は少ないですが繊細な味わいで美味しかったです。前菜はトロワグロほーれん草・ベーコン・卵黄のサラダ仕立て、フォアグラのテリーヌ添え。ほうれん草はワインビネガーで和えており、スッキリした味わい。フォアグラはかなり濃厚な味わいなのでパンに塗って頂きました。鮮やかな朱色のスープ登場、ナンドロン風トマトのクリームスープ、トマトベースでしっかり酸味は効いていますが生クリームとの相性も思いの外良かったです。ガーリックトースト付いていますのでスープに浸して頂きました！メインは鴨胸肉のオーブン焼き（ハンガリー産）、粒マスタードがしっかりのっていますが効き過ぎることはなく脂ののり始めた鴨肉を引き締めていました！！　ソースは鴨肉の肉汁ベース、優しい味わいですね、パンに付けて綺麗に頂きました^^; デザートはしっかり3種ありますね、あまり得意ではないスイーツですが昔ながらの濃厚なプリン、当店名物だそうですが何だか懐かしい味わいでホッと出来ます^^; デミカップの珈琲を頂きながら暫しまったり．．．お洒落なフレンチは苦手なジャンルですが家庭的で温かい接客の当店、古き良きフランス料理メニューはどれも美味しかったです！！ December has also entered the second half of the game, and the city on holidays is quite crowded! .. Appetizers are troisgro spinach, bacon, egg yolk salad, and foie gras terrine. Spinach is mixed with wine vinegar and has a refreshing taste. Foie gras has a very rich taste, so I applied it to bread. The bright vermilion soup, Nandron-style tomato cream soup, and tomato base have a strong acidity, but the compatibility with fresh cream was unexpectedly good. It comes with garlic toast so it was soaked in the soup! The main dish was oven-baked duck breast (made in Hungary), and the grain mustard was firm, but it didn't work too well and tightened the duck meat that had begun to greasy! !! The sauce is a duck meat gravy base, it has a gentle taste, I put it on bread and had it beautiful ^^; There are 3 kinds of desserts, I'm not very good at it, but it's a traditional rich pudding, it seems to be our specialty, but you can feel relieved with a nostalgic taste ^ ^; For a while while having coffee from Demi Cup. .. .. Fashionable French is a genre that I'm not good at, but our homely and warm customer service, the good old French menu was all delicious! !!
N	Ne Ne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのお店で予約をしようと電話したところ、とても行きたいと思うお店の対応ではなくて残念でした。日付けを間違ったままお話をなさるので度々訂正致しましたが｢失礼しました｣もなく、当然「ありがとうございます」等も無く、お電話を切る際に｢失礼致します｣もなく。。。これが低価格居酒屋でしたら良いかもしれませんが、低価格のサービスは期待しておらず、、、こちらのお店に色々な期待を込めてお電話したので残念でした。もしかしたらこちらは低価格居酒屋の様な設定の低価格低サービスなフレンチレストランなのでしょうか。（低価格居酒屋さんでもご挨拶のできる所は多いと思います、すみません）お近くのターブルハラダさんでご予約を取り直そうとお電話したところ、リヨンペラーシュさんのお電話口の女性よりずっとお若い女性が対応してくださいましたが、とても感じが良くて差を凄く感じました。お味以外にも楽しみにしているものがあります。最高ではなくても最低限のマナーはお店側も持っていて頂きたいですね。 When I called to make a reservation at this shop, I was disappointed that it was not the response of the shop I really wanted to go to. 片	片山安由美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて訪問しました。王道のフレンチ、という感じで季節の野菜や果物をふんだんに使ってあります。夏に利用したのですが、桃の冷たいスープに杏仁豆腐がはいっていたり、一瞬身構えますがすごくマッチしていてとても美味しかったです。骨付き子羊をお願いしたのですが、焼き加減が絶妙でかぶりついて綺麗に食べてしまいました！ソースもとても美味しくて、量もバランスがよく嬉しくなりました。ディナーのデザートはワゴンから好きなものを、好きなだけ選べるのですべてお願いし、好きなものは量も少し多目にお願いでき大満足です！シェフもマダム(？)も気さくな方で、最初は緊張しましたが、帰るときにはリラックスし少しお話をして素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。今はソーシャルディスタンスの関係で席が少なく、必ず予約が必要ですが、また、ぜひ、行きたいお店になりました。 I visited for the first time.
