昼時など注文から時間がかかりますが丁寧な対応でさほど気になりません。
 It is a strong buckwheat soba.

。サイドメニューが天婦羅オンリーで蕎麦屋で一杯飲みたい方には不向きかな。そばの量はやや少なめ。
The soup has a cohesive taste and I think everyone will receive it.
.. The side menu is tempura only and it is not suitable for those who want to have a drink at a soba restaurant. The amount of buckwheat is a little small.

名水の汲み取り施設が隣にあり、その名水を使って打った蕎麦なのだろうと思います。
そのウンチクや口上とかがあればより味を堪能する触覚が敏感になるのにな〜、と
天蕎麦にするとどうしてもそれを含めての評価になってしまうので、ざるそばを注文しました。
たいへんコシのあるお蕎麦でおいしかったです。ただ、太めの麺で少し好みでなかったのとそのせいでつゆが麺に少々負けている気がしまして星4にさせていただきました。
ロケーションもよく、赤城のなだらかな山腹の遠景と手前の田園風景に癒されました。

厳選そば、もりそば、天ぷらの盛り合わせを注文しました。
濃いつゆに力強いお蕎麦でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦は硬い不揃いの田舎蕎麦でした。個人的には好きな蕎麦のタイプ。ただ山菜冷やしの大盛を頼んだのですが、なぜかトッピングの山菜が酸っぱくて汁全体も同様でしたけど木祖村のすんき蕎麦なら判りますが、山菜が酸っぱいので平均的を割りました。量も少なめです。値段も大盛が四百円増しなのに余り多くないことが残念でした。沢山食べたい人には向いてないですね。

The amount is also small. It was a pity that the price was not so much even though the price was increased by 400 yen. It's not suitable for people who want to eat a lot.
