P	Pepe Fuku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のお昼に伺いました。コシの強い、田舎の二八蕎麦を味わえます。添えてある薬味の種類が豊富で、味の変化が楽しめました。特に自分ですりおろす生わさびは、爽やかな風味と甘さを感じ、美味しかったです。天ぷらは旬の食材が沢山使われており、珍しい天ぷらもいただけます。 (あけびの天ぷら初めて食べました！) どれも美味しかったです。コロナ対策もしっかりされていました。ただ、スタッフ不足のせいか、配慮不足な所もありましたが、お店の方にはなんとか頑張っていただきたい所です。 I visited at noon on weekdays. You can taste the strong, countryside 28 buckwheat noodles. There are many kinds of condiments attached, and I enjoyed the change in taste. Especially, the raw wasabi that I grated by myself was delicious with a refreshing flavor and sweetness. Tempura uses a lot of seasonal ingredients, and you can also enjoy rare tempura. (I ate Akebino tempura for the first time!) They are all delicious. Corona measures were also solid. However, due to the lack of staff, there were some places where consideration was insufficient, but I would like the shop staff to do their best.

Y	You Shore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沼田へさくらんぼ狩りへ行った際、美味い蕎麦屋を探して立ち寄りました。店の入口を見つけるのに手間取りましたが、無事入店。迷わず『山水そば』を注文。蕎麦が出てくるまでは、切り抜き記事や店内を眺めて楽しめます。二八そばはボリュームあります。薬味に、塩、生のわさび、ネギ、茗荷、生姜、大根おろし、刻み海苔かつきます。何故か卵焼きもつきます。食べ始める前に、薬味のプランは大切かも。天ぷらも美味しかった！ When I went to Numata to pick cherries, I stopped by looking for a delicious soba restaurant. For condiments, salt, raw wasabi, green onion, Japanese ginger, ginger, grated radish, and chopped seaweed. For some reason, it also comes with omelet. Before you start eating, a condiment plan may be important. The tempura was also delicious!
て	てんてん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凄い山の中の蕎麦屋さんです。建物も一見して見つけにくいので通りの山水の看板を頼りにって感じです。蕎麦は太め固めの田舎蕎麦って感じです。個人的に好きなタイプです。山水蕎麦を頼むと薬味が何種類もついて来ます。ただ、味変するにも汁入れが一つに、追加汁が少ないので出汁に薬味入れて味変しにくいので減点にしました。蕎麦湯ももう少しそば粉の濃い湯が良かったです。内容や工夫は悪くないのでその工夫を上手く活かせば良いと思いました。 It is a soba restaurant in a great mountain. Y	Yuki Matsuura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜11:30に行きました。入口はこれが蕎麦屋かとは気が付かない門構えで戸惑いつつ入店。店のなかは空いていたのですんなりテーブル席に着席し、30分程で満員になった。天ぷらは玄関に具材が示されているが、ピーマンやアケビの変わり種が大人の苦味。蕎麦は茗荷や大根おろし、生姜、すりおろし生ワサビなど薬味がたくさん付いており、味変を楽しめる。蕎麦は野趣味溢れる味で東京では食べられない味。美味しかったです。 I went on Saturday at 11:30. The ingredients for tempura are shown at the entrance, but the sweet peppers and akebi varieties are the bitter taste of adults. Soba has a lot of condiments such as Japanese ginger, grated radish, ginger, and grated raw wasabi, and you can enjoy the taste change. Soba is a taste full of wild tastes that cannot be eaten in Tokyo. It was delicious.
o	okb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 群馬の名店！知らないと見つけられません。以前、群馬に出張に行ったとき、タクシーの運転手が教えてくれたお店。ここの蕎麦が1番美味しいと。直売所の奥にあるお店で、通りがかりでは見つけられません。つまり知ってる人だけが行けるお店です。お蕎麦は本当にコシがあって香りも良く美味しくて、つゆも天ぷらもそば湯まで完璧です。注文したのは「山水そば1100円」です。天ぷらは何かわからないけど美味しい山菜がありました。わさびは本わさび、海苔、卵焼きやフルーツまであってこの価格は最高かと。お店に行くには小さな橋を渡る必要があるので、車幅2メートル超えの車は緊張するかもです。閉店間際に行って5組くらい入ってたので地元の人気店ですね。ちなみにGoogleマップではわかりにくいですが、お店の奥にまぁまぁ広い駐車場あります。 A famous store in Gunma! You can't find it without knowing it. A shop that a taxi driver told me when I went on a business trip to Gunma before. The soba here is the most delicious. It's a shop in the back of the direct sales office, and you can't find it by passing by. In other words, it is a shop that only people who know it can go. The soba is really chewy, fragrant and delicious, and the soba, tempura and soba hot water are perfect. I ordered "Sanmizu Soba 1100 yen". I don't know what tempura is, but there was a delicious edible wild plant. Wasabi is real wasabi, seaweed, omelet and fruit, and this price is the best. Cars over 2 meters wide may be nervous as you have to cross a small bridge to get to the store. I went to the store just before closing and there were about 5 groups, so it's a popular local store. By the way, it's hard to see on Google Maps, but there is a fairly large parking lot in the back of the store.
