十割蕎麦でこのボリュームと味で800円はコスパ良いと思います。

見た目からちょっと緑っぽくて、味はちょっと普通のお蕎麦と違ったけど、食べ比べしないと違いがわからなかった??
ダッタン蕎麦の方が普通のお蕎麦より細く
もちもちしていてこんなモチモチしたお蕎麦初めて食べた(〃▽〃)
舞茸の天ぷらもボリューム満点！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅葉の日光白根山ロープウエイの帰りに寄りました。舞茸天ぷらと舞茸ご飯のセットでうまかったです^ ^蕎麦も太めで腰のある10割蕎麦ですね。新潟者には汁が濃いのかなぁと感じましたが、まぁこれはコレで美味いです^ ^
I stopped by on the way back from the autumn leaves of Mt. Nikko-Shirane Ropeway. The set of Maitake tempura and Maitake rice was delicious ^ ^ The soba is also thick and chewy 100% soba. I felt that the juice was thick for Niigata people, but this is delicious ^ ^

注文したのはBランチ カツ丼を頂きました。
食前に出てきたオカラのお通しですが
海老味噌?の味がしました
これは美味しい❗️
Bランチですが、お蕎麦を食べに蕎麦屋に来たのにお蕎麦の方がハーフサイズとなり非常に残念 逆が良かった(ﾉД`)
味は美味しいのでオススメですが
上記の理由で星⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️です。
