ミシュランの星を取っていた
横田親子の息子、省吾さんが、
今年オープンした新店
(以前の2つの揚げ場がある広い天麩羅よこ田は
売却され、今年からは弟子でもなんでもない経営者となり、横田親子はノータッチ)
お母さんと奥さんとで揚げ場1つのシンプルなお店で再出発です。
最近の天ぷら屋さんは一品が多かったり、高級食材のオンパレードだったりしますが、
シンプルで真っ当な、これが天ぷら専門店！
と言う仕事。
麻布十番と言う場所を考えれば、リーズナブルでもあり、このまま進化してほしい期待を込めて5つ星
近藤さんのサツマイモ、人参、
元吉さんのとうもろこしのような、
それを食べにわざわざ行きたくなる
高級食材に頼らない看板ネタができれば！
と思います。
