★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here for our first lunch on our Japan trip. Very satisfied! The temdon lunch bowl (¥1200) was more than enough and the taste was delicious. Service was very friendly and hospitable. Thank you for making our first meal in Tokyo a triumph!

Since they make the tempura to order, it's best to arrive early, so your wait isn't too long.
The 天丼 comes with tea, miso soup and pickles, really good. Do note, the vegetable 天丼 still comes with an egg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I would give this restaurant 6 stars! A fantastic traditional experience and the staff was super amazing! As for the food, excellent is not giving it enough credit. It was absolutely next level amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came right when they opened and sat at the counter. Both gentlemen were very nice. Limited English speaking but not a problem. There was an English section of the menu so that was great. We got the tempura dinner for ¥4000, just a steady stream of tempura fish and veggies being made right in front of us. Also miso soup, rice, and pickles to round out the meal. And a strawberry granita to finish it off! Was able to pay with card. Would go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was, without a doubt, one of my favorite meals during my Japan trip. The tempura course meals are a fantastic option; I had so, so many different, delicious items during the meal. The staff is attentive and welcoming, and the owner's skill in cooking is very, very high. Will come back again and again when I'm in Japan.
