★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tempura! The English name of this place is "Tempura Fukushima". Like most small Tokyo restaurants, only 16 seats, so it will fill up quickly on a busy night -- or alternatively, a great place to rent out for a group/company event. We rented it out with a group of 13 and had an amazing meal and experience. One of the few places in Tokyo you can get a real vegetarian menu without fish or fish broth.
