若	若山樹雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋の新作「山吹」はリンゴの酸味と甘味のバランスがとれた和菓子です奈良は奈良公園内にある和菓子チェーン、天平庵さんです。近頃贈答でもっとも良く使わせていただいてる和菓子店です。普段は押熊店か郡山店を使っています。久しぶりに大仏様にお参りしましたので東大寺店初訪問です。店内に秋の新作がいくつか並んでいます。目を引いた「山吹」を購入です。あとは抹茶せんべいの「千代松」。山吹はあんにリンゴが入っています。多分蜜煮のリンゴを白あんに混ぜています。リンゴの香りと酸味がとてもよくわかります。通常のおまんじゅうとは異なる風味ですので意外性がありますね。名前にはリンゴ感を出していないので知らずに食べると「オヤっリンゴやん」ってなると思います。印象に残りやすい仕上がりなので、お土産向きかもしれませんな。千代松の方は、サックリとして上品な甘さ。そしてかなりの抹茶感です。お茶では無く、むしろコーヒーに合いそうです。ごちそうさまでした。 The new autumn "Yamabuki" is a Japanese sweet that has a good balance between the acidity and sweetness of apples. The rest is the matcha rice cracker "Chiyomatsu". Yamabuki has apples in it. Maybe I'm mixing honey-boiled apples with white bean paste. You can see the aroma and acidity of apples very well. It has a different flavor from normal steamed buns, so it's surprising. The name doesn't give an apple feeling, so if you eat it without knowing it, it will be "Oya apple yan". The finish is easy to impress, so it may be suitable as a souvenir. Chiyomatsu has an elegant sweetness that is crispy. And it feels like matcha. It seems to go well with coffee rather than tea. Due to the influence of Corona, the cafe on the second floor is closed. It seems that everyone bought Yamato Sanzan and went home. Products purchased at the store on the first floor can be eaten in the cafe space on the second floor. The parking lot is also a 2-hour service for purchases of 2000 yen or more, so it is easy to use.

We got the Matcha set which contains Matcha Tea, a traditional Japanese dessert and two candies. We were able to sit down right away, the staff moved and served everyone quickly :) ( We were also allowed to charge our phone in the outlet. )
