However, the Hisago Tendon lacks a bit of creativity: the bowl contains 2 shrimps, pumpkin and other pieces, but also a “ebi-yasai-no-kakiage” - which is shrimp (again) + pumpkin (again). Prices around ¥1,000 to ¥1,700 per person.
t	tiffany l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super 5 stars!!!! came for lunch on a weekday, their combo special for 1080 (usually 1410) was absolutely delicious. their tempura is fresh, crispy, and not oily. tasty sides (red miso soup, dollop of pickled cabbage, fresh rice) and great seafood. I recommend the regular combo plate instead of the "bowl", since it seemed the pre-sauced nature of the bowl made the tempura pieces softer instead of crunchy. quick service! come here!
