★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice tempura rice bowl. There is only one item on the menu that you can chose from. The difference between small, regular and large is only the amount of rice.
The waiter will as while waiting what your order is and ask if you want miso soup with it.
There will be a line but it moved faster than expected.
The tempura was nice but felt that the sister tempura shop was nicer. The batter wasn’t as light as the other one, and as stated you are confined with what’s in your bowl. Highly recommend trying the other place as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this restaurant four years ago. It is definitely the best 天丼(tempura served over a bowl of rice). Few years until now, I've eaten many 天丼 including the same brand opened in Taiwan, and this one is still the best. In the experience last time, we waited about 1.5 hours, we were very hungry and doubted if the waiting is valuable or not. However, after we went into the restaurant and started to enjoy the meal, we all felt so happy that our decision is right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s only this one item on the menu and it’s simply amazing. At about 950 Yen, this is one great tasting, value for money tendon. The fried items are well marinated and extremely well fried. The sauce on the is very savory as well. A little too much rice for me but I’m sure many will prefer it this so that’s fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price with delicious tempura set! There is a set of side dishes for you to choose. No wonder this restaurant has 3 branches within a short distance. Sadly there is no English menu but u can guess and get what you want.
I had my lunch at a new branch inside a shopping mall nearby with better environment. You can queue indoor during the peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ten-don (tempura donburi) was pretty good, although not the best I’ve had in Tokyo.
If you come here with two people, they might seat another pair across from you at a 4-person table! Don’t be surprised if this happens when it’s busy. The restaurant is pretty tiny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place that is somewhere between quick meal and fine dining. Delicious, insanely cheap, and excellent service.
Be forewarned, it is tiny. So, you might have to sit across from a stranger.
They of course have plastic dividers. However, it's better to know than be surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it good? It’s ok. Is it great? not really. I went on a public holiday, waited in line for almost 2 hours. The portion and price are agreeable, the taste though does not justify the long wait in line. Would I go again for second round shall there be no waiting? Nope. There are much better tempura all over Tokyo. And they have a strange seating arrangement, you could be seated upstairs facing a stranger so close you can smell their breath. During the pandemic, they should have revised this silly seating arrangement.
