Add sweet potato tempura to the lunch course. I thought the course and sweet potatoes were the most delicious tempura I had ever eaten. I definitely want to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出だしの数品は、ごま油香るこれぞプロという美味しい天ぷらだった。時間が経つ毎にごま油の香りが無くなっていったのは何故だったのだろうか。最後の方は全くごま油の香りが無くなってしまっていた。
一応食材の説明はあったが、定型的で決まり事としてやっている雰囲気。店員はあまりお客さんに興味がない様で、お客さんとよりも店員同士とばかり話している。落とした食材を目の前でチョチョイと洗って普通に戻したのには驚かされた。
それなりに美味しくはあったが、金額に見合った食事とサービスかと問われると強く疑問が残る。有名な料理人さんがお休みの日だったからなのか、いつもそうなのかはよく分からない。
とはいえ、ブランデーをかけるさつまいもの天ぷらは美味しかった。ブランデーの香りとさつまいもが組み合わさると、こんな感じになるのかという驚きがあった。
The first few items were delicious tempura with sesame oil scent. Why did the scent of sesame oil disappear over time? At the end, the scent of sesame oil had completely disappeared.
There was an explanation of the ingredients, but the atmosphere is standard and routine. The clerk doesn't seem to be very interested in the customers, so he talks only with the clerk rather than with the customers. I was surprised to wash the dropped ingredients in front of me and return them to normal.
It was delicious as it was, but when asked if the food and service were worth the price, there was a strong question. I'm not sure if it was because the famous cook was on holiday or if it was always the case.
However, the sweet potato tempura with brandy was delicious. I was surprised at how the combination of brandy scent and sweet potatoes would look like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日 11時半から14時まで天ぷら楽しみました。野菜の天ぷらが驚きの美味しさ。人参なんて芋かと思う甘さ。供される塩を舐めてみて下さい。しょっぱくないんです。
I enjoyed tempura from 11:30 to 14:00 on Sunday. The vegetable tempura is amazingly delicious. The sweetness of carrots is like potatoes. Try licking the salt that is served. It's not salty.
