H	Hakui Hayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星一つもあげたくない腹立たしいレストランです。午後2時過ぎなのに人が多くなくて、30分待っても料理が出てこないので、私たちが聞いたら忘れたことが分かりました。私たちより遅く入ったお客さんは料理も出しましたよ！料理が持て来た途中、なんとソースを私の背中にかけました。店員さんまだ気づいていないのですが、私が話してから知りました。テーブルの上で使っていた濡れたおしぼりを渡してくれました。マジで最悪です！！ソースは私の背中にかけたほか、テーブルにもこぼしました。テーブルを簡単に片付けた後、中から出したソースも全然気にしなかった。。ソースがないのにもんじゃ焼きをどうするかと言うと、ソースを足しに行きました｡私たちが反応しなかったら、このようにごまかしますか? 他の店員もその場で何の対応もしていないで、私たちが帰ると言うまで一人が出てきて、クリーニング代を払うことができると言いました。お客様が家に帰って洗濯してから領収書を持ってきて、あなたたちに渡しますか? 交通費と時間はどうなりますか?弁償してくれるんですか? 対応が非常に遅く、お詫びも誠意が全くありません。本当に皆さんにお勧めしません。時間が多い方、待ってもいいですし、注文した料理を忘れてもいいであれば、試してみるといいと思いますよ。このレストランにはもう一歩も足を踏み入れません。背中にソースがかかっていて、本当に一生で一番ひどい食事体験でしたが、きれいな環境とは全然合わないサービスでした。最悪ですね！ I've had the worst dining experience in my life！ It's an annoying restaurant that you don't want to give a star. Customers who came in later than us also served food! While the food was coming, I put the sauce on my back. The clerk hasn't noticed it yet, but I knew it after I talked to him. He gave me the wet towel I was using on the table. It's really the worst! !! I hung the sauce on my back and spilled it on the table. After cleaning up the table easily, I didn't even care about the sauce that came out of it. .. When I asked what to do with monjayaki without the sauce, I went to add the sauce. If we didn't respond, would you cheat like this? The other clerk didn't do anything on the spot and said that one person would come out and pay the cleaning fee until we were back. Would you like to bring your receipt after you go home and do the laundry and give it to you? What about transportation and time? Will you reimburse me? The response is very slow and I have no apologies. I really don't recommend it to you. If you have a lot of time, you can wait, or if you can forget the food you ordered, you should give it a try. I will never step into this restaurant. The sauce was on my back and it was the worst dining experience of my life, but it was a service that didn't suit the clean environment at all. It's the worst! I've had the worst dining experience in my life!

k	kenta yoshikawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提供スピードが遅すぎます。ゆっくり食事したい人には向いているかも知れませんが、せっかちさんは避けた方が良いかも。腹ペコ状態で男4人でお酒なしで訪問したので、より一層待ちきれなくて不満が募ってしまったのかもしれません。それにしても遅かった印象です。お酒ぐびぐび飲ませるために料理の提供を遅くしてる戦略なのかもと勘繰られても仕方ないレベル。店員さんの接客態度が良かったくらいで味は普通、ボリュームは悪い(少ない)、コスパも良いわけでは無いし、正直リピートは無いです。普通の汚いお好み焼き屋の方が良いかな。 The delivery speed is too slow.
