前回は売り切れ?で食べれず…
今回は秋田駒ヶ岳を下山後、開店前に到着。既に待ちのお客さんが居ました。
王道のジンギスカンです。ガンガン食べれます。又ご飯が進む進む。
お代わり必至です。
単品のラーメン系も気になります！

This time, we arrived after descending Mt. Akita Komagatake and before the store opened. There was already a waiting customer.
It is a royal road Genghis Khan. You can eat hard. The rice goes on again.
A replacement is inevitable.
I'm also interested in single ramen noodles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田沢湖高原での食事はホテルを除いてほぼ二択、今回はまだ入った事のないジンギスカン食堂へ、登り旗があるから此処だと分かるのだが、"民宿みどり荘"の看板の存在感が大きいので少しだけ戸惑う。
店の前に丁度一台分スペースが空いたので車を停める。店に入ると直ぐ食堂、民宿利用の人もここを通るのかな？不思議な作り。
それはさて置いて昭和感漂う店内は、何となく落ち着く、換気扇や椅子テーブルが耐用年数の限界を迎えている感じが堪らない。
ジンギスカン定食は1300円、ご飯のおかわりが出来る分なのかもしれないが、知ってる店に比べて少し割高感はある。
お肉もタレも文句なく美味しいが、タレがたっぷりなので、つけ過ぎると折角のジンギスカンが冷めてしまう。個人的に野菜がもう少し欲しかったなぁ、安いもやしでも乗ってたら最高なんだけど。
There are almost two choices for dining on the Tazawako Kogen, except for the hotel, and this time I can tell that it is here because there is a climbing flag to the Genghis Khan restaurant that I have not entered yet, but the presence of the signboard of "Minshuku Midori Sou" is great. There was just one space left in front of the store, so I parked my car. I wonder if people who use the cafeteria and guesthouses will pass through here as soon as they enter the store. Mysterious making.
By the way, the interior of the store, which has a Showa era feeling, is somewhat calm, and I can't stand the feeling that the ventilation fan and chair table have reached the limit of their useful life.
The Genghis Khan set meal costs 1,300 yen, which may be enough to replace rice, but it's a little more expensive than the ones I know.
The meat and sauce are delicious, but the sauce is plentiful, so if you add too much, the Genghis Khan will get cold. I personally wanted a little more vegetables, but it would be great if I could ride cheap bean sprouts.

結論、ラムのクセがほぼ皆無です。
ご飯、お味噌汁に漬物と、ニンニクとリンゴが効いたタレが付いてきます。
このタレだけでもご飯が進みますよ、笑
ジンギスカンの野菜はキャベツ、玉ねぎ、ピーマン。もやしはありません。
野菜を先に鍋に投入してしんなりして来た辺りからメインのラム肉を投入。
ラム肉はきっと冷凍なんでしょうけど臭みがほぼ感じられない、非常に柔らかいです。
お店の中は昭和感ある雰囲気。
オシャレ感はないですけど好きな方はハマるんじゃないでしょうか？

Genghis Khan vegetables are cabbage, onions and peppers. There is no bean sprout.
Put the vegetables in the pan first and put the main lamb meat from the area where it became soft.
The lamb meat is probably frozen, but it's very tender with almost no odor.
The atmosphere inside the shop has a Showa era feel.
It doesn't look fashionable, but if you like it, you might be addicted to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午兩點左右，在這附近唯一有營業的飲食店。外觀看起來很不怎麼樣，進去前還有點擔心。
老闆很親切，推薦了我們成吉思汗烤肉，
意外的非常好吃！肉的量也非常很多。烤肉的沾醬好像是加了蘋果泥？很清爽！
吃到一半才想到忘記拍照了…
因為趕公車沒有辦法慢慢品嚐，但這餐的確是在田澤湖地區吃到最美味的一餐了！

I couldn't taste it slowly because I was catching a bus, but this meal was indeed the most delicious meal I had in the Tazawako area!
