冷麵はスッキリしたスープでとても美味しく頂きました。
お肉も大手チェーン店とは異なるあっさりした味でとても美味しかったです。
食べた後の後味が残らず胃もたれもなく飽きない感じでした。
コスパも良く、またお邪魔させて頂きます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あらかじめ7時半で予約してたのに7時10分頃になってから電話来て席いっぱいになったと連絡来て大迷惑でした。早急に予約の決まりを改めた方がいいと思います。せっかく味が美味しくて好きだったのにこんな対応されてなかなか行く気になれません。
I made a reservation at 7:30 in advance, but it was a big nuisance when I got a call at around 7:10 and contacted me that the seats were full. I think you should revise your reservation rules as soon as possible. I liked the taste so much, but I don't feel like going because of this kind of response.

数年ぶりに平日ランチで訪問。
コロナ禍ということもあってか
店内には4人組のお客さんが一組のみ。
冷麺定食(¥1,000)を注文。
まずはご飯、中落ちカルビ、ホルモン、キムチが到着。
しっかりと味付けされているのでタレや塩をつけなくても美味しくいただけるお肉。
キムチはファーストインプレッションこそ辛そうな予感がするものの、思いの外マイルドな辛さでご飯が進む。
数分後お待ちかねの冷麺が到着。
白濁としたスープは動物系のコクと旨味がバッチリ。
これが若干ちぢれた中太麺に合う。
特徴的なのは具材のパイナップルとチャーシュー。
チャーシューはしっかりと塩っけのきいた歯切れの良いチャーシュー。個人的にはとても好き。
ボリューム的に大満足のランチでした。

Kimchi has a feeling that the first impression seems to be spicy, but the rice goes on with an unexpectedly mild spiciness.
A few minutes later, the long-awaited cold noodles arrived.
The cloudy soup has a perfect animal-based richness and umami.
This goes well with the slightly smaller medium-thick noodles.
The characteristic is pineapple and char siu.
The char siu is a crispy char siu that is well salted. I personally like it very much.
It was a very satisfying lunch in terms of volume.
