★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 参拝し、御朱印を頂こうと思いましたが、残念ながら外出中ということでした。
残念ながらご縁がなかったものと受け止めますが、サンライズ瀬戸の大幅遅延から続く不運の連続で、香川との相性がよくないのかな…とちょっと凹みました。
山沿いにあって、拝殿より一段高い場所に本殿があり、立派できれいな神社でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青ノ山の西麓に有る由緒有る社です。元々は土器八幡宮として応神天皇をお祀りしていましたが太平記にも出てくる白峰合戦の折、当社で出陣の祈願をした細川頼之が攻め込まれ当社まで退却し様子を見ていると田に潮が満ち助けられた逸話から当社を田潮八幡宮と改名し土地を寄進した様であります。青ノ山に抱かれて境内にも多くの木々あり一体化した様に見えます。また多くの神々の祠も祀られておりますし拝殿は立派唐破風を持つ屋根です。本殿は桧皮葺きの立派なもので拝殿からはかなり高い位置に立てられていて威厳さえ感じられます。

It seems that the company was renamed Tashio Hachimangu and donated the land from an anecdote that the rice fields were filled with tide and helped. Embraced by Mt. Aono, there are many trees in the precincts and it looks like they are integrated. The shrines of many gods are also enshrined, and the worship hall has a roof with a splendid Karahafu. The main shrine is a magnificent one with a cypress bark, and it stands quite high from the worship hall, and you can even feel its dignity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もっと大きな神社かと思いきや、意外と小さかった感想です。祭事の時以外は社務所は閉まっていますが、案内に表示している電話に架けると出てきてくれます。宮司さんは非常に感じが良く、いただいた御朱印も立派でした。高松・丸亀市方面への旅には是非とも立ち寄って欲しい神社です⛩️
I thought it was a bigger shrine, but it was a surprisingly small impression. The office is closed except during festivals, but you can get it by calling the phone number displayed in the guide. Mr. Miyaji felt very good, and the red stamp he received was also excellent. This is a shrine that you should definitely stop by when traveling to Takamatsu and Marugame City ⛩️
