調理人が代わったのか久しぶりに行ったら美味しくなっていました。次はカレー南蛮がオススメの様なのでそれを食べてみたいです。 インテリアがちょっとお蕎麦屋さんらしくないのでレイアウトも含めて変えた方が良いかな。

昼時に利用したが人はまばら。店員は奥で喋っていて客が来ても気づかず、声を何度かかけてようやく対応された。この時点でハズレだなと感じる。 そのうえ五分以上後から来た客に先に料理が出されて、それくらいの調整は当たり前だろうにと不満が募った。 肝心の料理だが、蕎麦は茹ですぎたような柔らかさ。セットの天丼はタレがダマになっていて素人の失敗作レベル。天ぷら自体もコゲがついていたりして油の汚れを感じる味だった。ラインナップも小さなエビ、ペラペラのカボチャ、微妙な厚さで芯の残る人参。 タレもほぼかかっていないうえにダマだらけ。この酷い天丼に100円も価値を感じられないし、米が進む人間が信じられない。 蕎麦湯も最初からついていて、元々熱くなかったのか利用する時には冷めていた。水のおかわりも声をかけたが談笑していて気づかず。会計時もわざわざキッチンまで呼びに行った。 サービス精神ゼロという感じで、それでも味が良ければいいがそれさえワンコイン蕎麦屋にも劣るレベル。二度と行かない。オススメもしない。 客が来ないのも納得の店。

There is almost no sauce and it is full of lumps. I can't feel the value of 100 yen for this terrible tendon, and I can't believe the people who are advancing rice. The soba hot water was also included from the beginning, and it was cold when I used it, probably because it wasn't hot originally. I called out for another water, but I didn't notice it because I was chatting. I went to the kitchen to call at the time of checkout. It feels like there is no service spirit, and it's good if it tastes good, but even that is inferior to the one-coin soba restaurant. I will never go again. I don't recommend it either. It's a shop that is convinced that customers do not come.

田無駅すぐのアスタ専門店街にあるお店。 ミニ天丼+冷たいおそば+お漬物 ランチⅭセット 880円 ミニカツ丼+温かいうどん+お漬物 ランチAセット 850円 をいただきました。 セットはおそば・うどん(冷・温)が選べます。 丼ものはエビ、かぼちゃ、ニンジンの天ぷらが乗っていました。 おそばは細め。 濃い目のつゆが美味しかったです。 旦那さんが食べたセットも美味しそうでした。 お食事はまぁ良かったんですが、すごく違和感があったのが お蕎麦屋さんなのに、出されるお水がレモンやグレープフルーツ、 などが入った柑橘系ウォーター。 水自体は美味しいのですが、おそばとだったらお茶が欲しかった。。 それと、超違和感に感じたのが店内の内装。 まるでパスタ屋かオムレツのお店かのようなポップな内装。 内装だけ見たら、イタリアンのお店かと勘違いします。 お蕎麦となんだか合わず、あまり居心地よい感じがしませんでした。

味はまあまあ、ホールがスタッフ冷たい感じ。 すっごい久しぶりに行きました。 改装前は昔ながらの武蔵野そばって感じで甘味と醤油の強いそばだったと思います。改装された今はそれが普通のお蕎麦屋さんっぽくなって、良く言えば洗練された感じ、悪く言えばどこにでもある蕎麦。 とはいえ個人的には昔より今の方が味は好み。 店内は子ども連れの多いカフェみたいに、かわいい感じ目指したんだろうけど、水槽も外のメニューにしても、中途半端。外のメニューは一品づつ写真をラミネートして立て掛けてある感じで見にくい。 昼間に行きましたが、ホールの女性の態度が冷たいというか、サバサバしてるというか、嫌な感じ。 味がイマイチ接客良い→味が普通で接客イマイチの店になった感じ。改装したから行ってみたけど、また10年は行かなくていいわ。

鍋焼きうどんは、海老天が入っている時と無い時とあります。天ぷらが無い時は調理の方が作りたく無い時の様で、厨房でのボヤキが丸聞こえでした。残念を通り越してそんな気分の時に来店して、“御免なさい"の悲しい気持ちでした。せめて何かしらの対応をしてくれれば、食べたかったいつもの気持ちも収まったと思いました。そんな雑な扱いは、もぅ懲り懲りです。

天ざる。天ぷらは、にんじん2個、ナス、カボチャ2個、エビ、玉ねぎかな。 最近ずっと食べてなかったざる蕎麦を久しぶりに食べた。やっぱり美味しかった。 来るのは4回目かな。11時すぎに入ったけど食べ終わる11時30分には全テーブルが埋まってました。。

アスタ内のお蕎麦屋さんです。内装だけ見ると絶対に蕎麦屋だとわからないでしょう。異様にオシャレです。水はレモン水でした。 蕎麦は製麺屋から仕入れてるぽいですが、そう悪くもありません。4時までやってるランチのコスパはまずまず(横に東秀があるのが不運ですが)。 蕎麦湯はほぼほぼ無色透明ですが、意外と蕎麦の香りはあります。 無難に使える街蕎麦屋という感じですが、調理場でマスク着けずに調理しているのが見えてしまうのが、この時期としてはマイナスでした

This shop provides the soba noddles, which is made from the buckwheat flours. The soba is the Japanese name. Various kinds of flavors are served here, either chilled with a dipping sauce, or in broth as a noodle soup. I ordered one soba with chinese yam dipping sauce and one soba with duck meat broth. Both of them taste good. However, it's pity that no tea was served here.
