田無駅直結のこの建物にはもう一つ、電気屋さんが入っていますが、そちらも素敵なお店です。
そのお店では去年の暮れにエアコンが壊れた際、新しい物を購入しました。
取付の日、電気工事面白いなぁ〜、こういうの自分で出来たらいいなぁ、と見学していました。
ところで我が家、エアコンそばにある出窓には、ラジカセを置いているのですが、コンセントがなく、ちょっと離れたところから、延長コードを引っ張って動かしています。
「ここ、コンセントがなくて不便なんですよね…定年になったらここにコンセント作ろうと思ってるんですよ。」
と業者さんと話しているうちに、工事は終了。新しいエアコンが設置されました。
業者さんが帰ったあと、出窓のコンセント作成をやりたくてやりたくてたまらなくなりました。壁の中にスペースがある事がわかったからです。
まずはルートの確認をするために、エアコンのコンセントを外して中を覗いてみました。するとなんと！コンセントを作るための材料となる、ケーブルが丸めて入っており、こう、書かれていました。
「定年おめでとうございます用コンセント2020」
もちろん早速ホームセンターで材料調達し、コンセントを作っちゃったことは言うまでもありません。
10年後、お客様を喜ばせるかもしれない仕事をするって、素敵すぎませんか？
店員さんの素敵なお店と、取付業者さんの素敵なお店、迷います。

Of course, it goes without saying that I immediately procured materials at the home center and made an outlet.
Isn't it too nice to do a job that might please our customers 10 years from now?
I'm at a loss between the nice shop of the clerk and the nice shop of the installer.
