★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近、短期記憶がかなり悪くなった一人暮らしの母の家のテレビ。外出から戻りスイッチを入れると一瞬映ったが真っ暗になり赤いランプ点滅。ネットで症状を調べ試したが復活せず。1月に天井埋め込み型エアコンの交換をして頂いたツヅキさんへ電話をしてみた、これが13:30。今日伺えるか調整をして折り返し電話をいただけると言うことで電話を切りました。暫くするとピンポ〜ンと社長がパンフレットやチラシを持って来てくれました（貸出用のテレビも持参してくださり）。社長の説明とパンフレットで即決、在庫があるので一度お店に取りに戻り今日付け替えてくれる事に！暫くして新しいテレビを持って来てくださり直ぐに着手。設置して母に使い方の説明もして頂き16:15に完了。短期記憶の悪い母なので明日まで直らなければ朝起きて直ぐ「テレビがつかない。何で？」とパニックになっていただろうと思うと本当に本当に迅速で親切な対応に感謝しかありません。またお願いしたい街の電気屋さんです。
Recently, the TV of my mother's house living alone whose short-term memory has deteriorated considerably. When I returned from going out and turned on the switch, it was reflected for a moment, but it became pitch black and the red lamp flashed. I checked the symptoms on the net and tried it, but it did not recover. I called Mr. Tsuzuki, who replaced the ceiling-embedded air conditioner in January, at 13:30. I hung up by saying that I could come back today and make adjustments to get a call back. After a while, Ping Pong and the president brought me pamphlets and leaflets (please bring a TV for rent). The president's explanation and pamphlet made a prompt decision, and since it is in stock, I will return to the store once and replace it today! After a while, he brought me a new TV and started immediately. It was installed and my mother explained how to use it, and it was completed at 16:15. I'm a mother with bad short-term memory, so if I don't fix it until tomorrow, I'll wake up in the morning and immediately panic, "Why can't I turn on the TV?" It is an electric shop in the city that I would like to ask again.
