紫	紫蘇の葉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安いだけで客の事は考えていない最悪な店！！以前何度か弁当を買いその度、汁が漏れエコバッグの中は汁で他で買ったものがベチョベチョになり、臭いが出てしまいさらにエコバッグも毎回洗濯しないとならない為、透明な袋を指差し「袋に入れて。」と言ったら、レジの若い女性が「肉だけなんで。肉だけなんで。」という信じられない返事をしたため、アスタに苦情を言いました。それから、数ヶ月して改善されたか試しに弁当を持ってレジに行き透明の袋を指差し「袋に入れて」とレジの婆さんに言ったら、「なんで！！なんで！！」と怒鳴られたため、買うのを止め、再びアスタに苦情を言いました。翌日、店長らしき人から電話がありましたが、、、客がどれだけ困ろうと関係なく、納得できる人だけ買えばよく、また、改善はしないとの事で全く、話になりません！！！！汁が漏れるようなパッキングをしているのは当然の事ながら完全に店の側の過失にもかかわらず改善する姿勢どころから、汁が漏れるのが嫌なら3円でレジ袋を買え！！…という、客にお金を払わせて解決しようとする店側の超上から目線な接客が、よくわかりました。この店で不快な気持ちで買い物をする位なら、気分よくお金を払えるお店で買い物する方がいい。全くおすすめ出来ない最悪な店です。 The worst store that is cheap but doesn't think about customers! !!
