★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員にもよるけれど、レジの女性は凄く怠そうに接客してました。
ポイントが4月上旬に失効するので使いたいことを伝えたら、ポイントカードとレジの方のポイント数が違ったらしく『失効したんじゃぁないんですかぁ』と他の方を見ながら返事。
店員さんと会話にならかったので、ポイントを利用しませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗で冷蔵庫を購入しました。担当頂いたのは、老年の男性店員の方。とても態度が悪く、値段交渉も話を遮る形で「あーこれはできない」また、エミポイントの付与もされる商品だったのに、「これはつかないね」と。レジにいって結局つくことはわかったのですが、謝罪一言もなし。お客様は神様ですとはいいませんが、必要最低限気持ちの良いコミュニケーションをとって頂きたかったです。昨今ネットのほうが安く、お得な製品が多いわけですから、こういった実店舗が生き残るには、対面でのコミュニケーションが重要になってくるかと思われますが、この点どうも全く考慮されていない方なようでした。定年間近でやる気なかったのかな。まぁこういった方が1名でもいると、そのお店全体の印象悪くなりますね。あ、レジの女性店員の方々はとても印象良かったです。

カバーを外して中身を確認するのが自身の身体的に困難でしたのでそれもお願いしようとしましたがそれはやっていないと言われましたのでなんとか自力で外し型番を見てこちらに買いに伺いました。
レジで取り付けをお願いしたいのですがと尋ねましたら別のカウンターに案内していただきました。
出張費がかかることは了承していました。
しかし日付は即日対応しておらず時間指定ができないとのことでした。時間指定をする場合、別途で料金がかかるとのことでした。
案内してくださった方には申し訳ないですが、あまりにもシステム自体がひどいと思いましたのでこちらの評価をさせていただきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで、キーボードとマウスを購入させていただきました。レジを担当してくれた方についてなんですが、顔が暗い印象でした。(辛いことでも合ったのかな?それとも疲労？)他の方は、接客がうまかったです。そして、商品の並び方なのですが、少しわかりづらいです。
