蕎麦屋でカツ丼という気分で行ったらお蕎麦を堪能するお店でした。蕎麦好きの方は是非とも行ってみましょう。蕎麦屋のカツ丼が好きな私には再訪しにくい。
It was a shop where you can enjoy soba when you go to a soba shop with the feeling of a katsudon. If you like soba, definitely go there. It's hard to come back to me because I like katsudon at soba restaurants.

田舎蕎麦に麦トロが付いたA定食を注文しました。何気なく立ち寄ったお店でしたが、しっかりと蕎麦の香りがする挽きぐるみの美味しいお蕎麦を食べることが出来ました。 ちなみに、田舎蕎麦は十割では無いです。
I ordered a set meal of A set meal with mugitoro gohan on countryside soba. It was a shop I stopped by casually, but I was able to eat delicious soba noodles with a strong soba scent. By the way, countryside soba is not 100%.

太い二八の田舎そばと十割蕎麦があり、二種盛りを頼みました。 どちらもたいへん美味しかったです。 天麩羅をやっていないのも個人的には好感です。

(2021. 4. 17) 土曜日のランチ、奥さんと少し遠出をしたついでに訪店。 平日も含めお昼時は混んでいるとの事で、少し早めのお昼として11:30に到着。 お店の外観はいかにも田舎のお蕎麦屋さんといった感じ。店内も年季漂う和風建築で雰囲気は良かったです。 先客はお一人様で、どうやら2組目だったらしい。 本日のチョイスはA定食。田舎もり蕎麦、麦飯とろろのセットで1000円。オーダーから配膳までは10分程度。 店主直々に出してくれ、蕎麦の香りの楽しみ方を丁寧に教えてくれました。何でも何回か噛み締めていると徐々に香りが立ってくるとの事。 蕎麦は田舎風だったので少し太め。店主の教えを守り、蕎麦を適量口に運んで何度か噛み締めていると、徐々に甘味と蕎麦の風味が強くなってきました。コシも強く食べ応えは満点。量は男の人だとやや少ないかなとの印象。大盛りは+350円とのことでした。 麦飯とろろも素材の味わいがしっかりしているのと、サラサラと食べれて良いものでした。 ここは十割蕎麦も出しているらしいので、今度はそれに挑戦してみたいと思います。 こだわりの強い蕎麦屋は往々にして重苦しい雰囲気が漂っていたりするものですが、このお店はなかなか居心地が良かったです。
