We complained and they took it back but the next burger was still nowhere close to the advertised product. After paying we confronted them about the issue again (in japanese, I am fluent) but they straight up ignored us and did not care at all. No apologies at all, seemed very annoyed. Overall horrible and impolite service for Japan. Avoid this shop, there is enough better choices.

Refill Miso soup and rice for free. Shop owner is really nice and energetic to help. Unfortunately the shop is quite smoky and the table is a little bit small. But the services and food qualities are over expectation. Long story short : Try this! You won't regret!

We have plenty of A5 meat experience so we know if it really is. The steak meat is probably consist of mixed A4-A5 and even lower/not premium meat. The rice was so soft and overcooked. It was like eating porridge. The salad was very plain, so is the other side dishes. They were just frozen veggies bought from supa and not fresh veggies. Wouldn't recommend.

The host is really friendly, you are welcome to refill the rice and soup free of charges. Also, the bbq chicken is also yummy, if u dun eat beef. A highly recommended restaurant when u travelling there!!
V	Vivario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old school ‘Teishoku’ style, absolutely lovely.The restaurant seems to have stopped in time at Showa Period, the Hida beef served comes in generous amounts and for the price asked it’s in my opinion a must visit place. Don’t expect fancy service or hip presentation , this is a typical ‘meshidokoro’ , a cozy, relaxing place where locals attend. A true and honest Japanese experience in terms of cuisine and local life style. Recommended for anyone in search of a legit local place.
