日曜のお昼過ぎ 1時間程待って入店できました 残念ながら10割そばは売り切れだったので, 二八そばの高遠そば(焼き味噌つゆ)と 玄(醤油つゆ)を注文しました。 そばはコシがありどちらのつゆでも 美味しかったです 10割そばが売り切れだったお詫びにと, 蕎麦湯の寒天(黒蜜がけ)をサービスして貰えました 気遣いがうれしいですし,味も美味しかったです

本格的な信州そばをいただけます。高遠そば3種をいただきました。4種類のそばから3種類食べられます。1種類は決まっていて、残り3種から2種を選択できます。 焼き味噌をつゆに溶いて、ネギと大根おろしでいただきます。 食感と香りがよく、お塩で食べたり、味噌だけで食べたり味を色々楽しめて、お腹いっぱいになりました。 蕎麦茶の香りもすごく心地よかったです。 店員さんの接客もすごく丁寧でまた食べに来たいです!

「高遠三昧」をたべました? 福島県の大内宿で食べられる「高遠そば」とは違うものです。 外二の玄そば、十割のぬき、十割の入野谷在来、の三種盛でしたが、いままで味わったことのない風味に感動しました? 粗挽きの粉で打ったおそばは、噛みしめるほどに香りが広がって、歯ごたえもしっかりしています。ずるずるすすりこんでのど越しを楽しむおそばとは少し違います。 だし汁に焼き味噌を溶き入れてそばつゆとします。薬味は辛味大根とネギです。 十割そばの二種類は、藻塩でも食べられました。これがまた香りをじゃませずすばらしい風味です? 長野県に住まいしていますが、こういったおそばを今まで知らずに過ごしていました。 もっと勉強しておけばよかったなぁ。 おそばの写真、「ぬき」は撮影し忘れました。
