星なんか1つもつけられない。最悪な不動産仲介業。 唯一完全管理している『リヴェール弘明寺』に家人が入居したが、1月末入居→既に次のマンションを契約。 昭和40年代に立てたものを、骨組みや壁のみ残しフルリノベーションしたなら築50年位は経っているのに2014年築は違うよね。 下の方に小さくリノベーションと、書いてあったそうだけど。築年数の場所に、2014年築と書いたらマズイでしょ? その時代の壁はペラペラで隣人のくしゃみまで聞こえる位。内覧の際は『音に敏感なんですが大丈夫ですか?』と念押しして聞いたら、『RCだから、大丈夫ですよ』と素人丸出しの営業マンに騙され入居した。 2月、3月はほぼ住んでおらず、4月~住んだが、隣人の話し声がまるで家の中から聞こえるような錯覚に陥る程、壁は防音効果なし。 不動産屋にクレーム入れたら、特に騒音トラブルの報告は無いと。まるで気にしすぎのような言われ方をされたが、まるっきりの、デマカセ。 下の階に住んでる人とたまたま話す機会があり、情報通で色々聞けた。 その方自身もスリートラストに苦情を入れた事がある、同じ階の夫婦喧嘩が激しい家と両隣りが、大揉めした事。 うちも隣人に壁や玄関を蹴られ警察呼んだが、警察官に壁に欠陥あるんじゃないの?と言われた。何故かというと3人警官が来て1人は玄関外、2人は同時に各部屋に入って住人と話をするのだが、警官同士が隣の部屋の会話が筒抜けだからと。壁を調べる方法無いの?と言われたが壁を壊さなきゃ調べられない。 最初は、騒音測定業者を入れようと思ってたが、本人はノイローゼになり、都内の心療内科を、受診し、内服中。 コロナと時期的に物件が動かない中で数日で内覧無しで現居住中の、物件を、押さえた。分譲マンションでシッカリした造りで人気のマンションだったし、最上階の角部屋だから、音に関しては心配ないから。仲介専門で、管理してるのが、2~3件しかないから、手数料を丸々取れるのは美味しいから、欠陥マンションを勧めてきた、悪徳不動産。 仲介なら、手数料は、管理不動産と折半になるからね。 新しい不動産屋に騒音トラブル、弘明寺、と言っただけで、下にユーコープ入ってないですか?と言い当てられた。 何故分かったか、聞いたら普通は、建て直しする、築年数を、リノベーションで済ませているし、施工会社も謎でうちでは、絶対に紹介しない物件と言われた。不動産も聞かれたからビル名だけ言ったら 『はいはい、スリートラストさんね』と。 二件目の、不動産屋も同じ返答。不動産業者って横の繋がり凄いですね。どこの、不動産屋の誰は◯○を、クビになったとか、情報が細かい。 まあ最悪な不動産業者の、最悪な欠陥マンションに、騙されて入居させられたって事で、サッサと越しますわ。無駄な出費に無駄な時間、1番は身体を壊した事が腹立つ。対応も最悪な不動産仲介業者。素人みたいなものかな?構造の書類も出して来ないし、謝罪ひとつ無い。 音に神経質な人間に、レオパレ◯に毛の生えた防音レベルの物件勧めるって、騙して入れちゃえばそれでいいの? 仲介手数料100%取れる物件はここしか無いから、騙して入れちゃえばそれでいいの? おかげで新居代だの引っ越し代だの病院代だの、ホテル代だの出費が嵩む。 騒音でノイローゼが悪化、とうとう引っ越しまでホテルに泊まらせる事になりそう。精神的に限界との事で今週また都内の精神科医に行く予定。

星など1つもつけたくもない。 ここの(株)スリートラストの社員さんの対応も最悪です。 母子家庭、収入、預貯金があっても、オーナー(大屋さん)がダメと判断したら、審査すらかけてくれず、未だに物件は空きのまま。 管理会社がダメならオーナー(大屋さん)も親切に対応してくださるところではないとわかりました。 母子家庭=ダメと判断したのか理由すら言わない。 対応も適当な扱い。 ここの物件に決めなくてよかったです。 こんな最低な会社と高いお金を払って契約しなくて心底、よかったと思ってます。 これから物件を探す方へ 親切、丁寧な不動産のかたを見つけられることを願います。 ちなみに物件名は神奈川県茅ヶ崎市鶴が台の物件、グランドパレス湘南 3階建です。

皆様が言う程悪質ではありません。 まず初期費用について、某ミドリの看板の不動産みたいに謎の消毒代で数万円みたいな言はしてませんし。 契約させてもらえないって言ってる方がいますが、そもそも契約の自由が憲法で保証されてます。 相手が業者とか関係ないです。 契約したくないと判断されたら、契約できないのは当たり前です。 そこで変に食い下がるから、態度だって悪くなる方もいらっしゃると思います。 オーナーに管理をさせて貰っている以上、 トラブルを起こさない人に入ってもらうのが得策ですしね。 悪質ではない事、きちんと対応してくれる事など、総合的にみてオススメの業者さんです。
