電話での予約や到着して席に案内頂いてからの対応があまり感じが良くないことがあります。忙しいのでしょうがもう少し丁寧だと

料理は美味しいので凄く残念です。

It may not be very pleasant to make a reservation over the phone or respond after arriving and being guided to your seat. I'm probably busy, but if it's a little more polite
I'm happy.
The food is delicious, so it's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お豆腐料理だからお腹いっぱいになるかな~と思ってましたが、いただいたお料理どれも美味しく変化に富んでいて大満足でした！テーブル担当の方々は皆さんとても感じ良く満席のお忙しい中も気持ち良い接客でした。星を5つにできなかったのは、最後の会計（泣）接客業、これでいいの？ってくらいの感じ悪さ、イライラが誰の目にもわかるほどでせっかくの美味しいお料理も台無しに（泣）会計だけなら星0にしたいくらいでした。
I was wondering if I would be full because it is a tofu dish, but I was very satisfied with all the dishes I received because they were delicious and varied! The people in charge of the table were all very pleasant and the customer service was pleasant even when the table was full and busy. The reason why I couldn't make 5 stars is the last accounting (crying) hospitality business, is this okay? It was so unpleasant that anyone could see the frustration and spoiled the delicious food (crying) I wanted to make it 0 stars if it was just accounting.

We are vegetarian and our friends decided to treat us to some of the most phenomenal japanese food we’ve ever had: ALL vegetarian.
Me and my husband were absolutely impressed by our experience here from the time to arrival to our very last dessert bite.
When you arrive you have to take off your shoes and put on the slippers they provide. You then get taken to your table (it’s very low) where you will be seated and greeted with the most breathtaking views of Yokohama at night. Just wooooooow.
Each and every course was its own experience. It was a party in our mouth with every bite. Flavors and dishes I’ve never tried my whole life. New twists on ingredients I’ve had. An outstanding experience I’ll never forget with such amazing friends.
Such an elegant place to dine in with innovative elegancy on superb dishes. Just WOW.
