立地の関係から早朝にトラックが沢山通っていて、歩道が狭く危ないなと感じていたので、改善されると良いなと思います。
Is it over by the Tokyo Olympics?
I think that it would be better to improve because the track was passing early in the early morning from the relationship of the location, and I felt that the sidewalk was narrow and dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田町から品川を繋ぐ重要な橋。現在、工事中。歩道通行止めが記載してある看板には、平成32年3月となっており、時間がかかりそうだ。（その為に星1つの評価）
An important bridge connecting Shinagawa from Tamachi. Currently under construction. It is March, 2020 for signboard which sidewalk traffic stop is listed in and seems to take time. (For that reason one star rating)

歩道は21年6月現在、片側のみ通行可能です。
東側の歩道は2022年2月に使えるようになるみたいです。
The new bridge was completed earlier than planned on February 14, 2021.
As of June 2009, the sidewalk is only accessible on one side.
It seems that the sidewalk on the east side will be available in February 2022.
