★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富士吉田うどんの公式MAPの一番最初①に記載されているお店。入口に人形があり目を引きます。自家製麺の不揃いの太麺は食べ応えがあり、スープは味噌ベース、馬肉やキャベツが添えられています。山梨だとほうとうがあるけれど、それとどこか似た所があるのかなぁ。テーブルには天かすと自家製のすりだね(辛い薬味)があり、途中で入れていくと味噌のスープとよく合う。たくさんある富士吉田うどんのお店から、このお店を選んで正解でした。
 The shop listed in ① at the very beginning of the official MAP of Fujiyoshida Udon. There is a doll at the entrance and it gets a lot of looks. The thick noodles with irregular homemade noodles are satisfying to eat, and the soup is served with miso base, horse meat and cabbage. There is a hoto in Yamanashi, but I wonder if there is something similar to that. Tenkasu and homemade condiments (spicy condiments) are on the table, and if you add them in the middle, they go well with the miso soup. I chose this shop from the many Fujiyoshida udon shops and it was the correct answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドラマ「絶メシロード」の第一話で紹介されたお店。味噌味の吉田うどんで麺は硬く太くキャベツが載ったもので、塩味も適度で美味しくいただきました。ドラマで見たとおりのお店です。普通は安い山菜うどんがもっとも高価なメニューになっています。今回はドラマで登場した肉うどんをいただいてきましたが、次は山菜うどんをいただきたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お座敷のみ、うどん屋さん。暑かったので冷やしウドン。結構早く大盛り500円は安い。味噌味馬肉キャベツ入り旨い。ただ歩きは遠い。
Only the tatami room, udon shop. It was hot so chilled udon. A large serving of 500 yen is cheap. Miso Miso Horse meat with cabbage is delicious. However, walking is far.

空いてるテーブルについてオーダー用の用紙に肉うどん大を記入、カウンターまで持っていき注文します。
ほうとう寄りのうどんです。太めの麺が思ったより腹にたまりました。腹いっぱいです。ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 念願のたかちゃんうどんにやっと行けました！ドラマで見てからずっと行きたいと思ってました。場所は本当に判りづらいです。
店内はドラマの通り座敷のみ、自分でメニュー書き込みし渡して、お水もセルフ。
出来上がったら自分で取りに行くでした。
注文したのは肉うどんの大盛り。
つゆは味噌仕立て、うどんは武骨で不揃い。
肉は馬肉で、味がしっかり入ってます。
味は予想より、はるかに美味しくて、ビックリでした。また是非行きたいな。
I was finally able to go to the long-sought Takachan Udon! I've always wanted to go since I saw it in the drama. The location is really hard to understand.
The inside of the store is only the tatami room as in the drama, you write the menu yourself and hand it over, and you can also drink water yourself.
When it was completed, I would go get it myself.
I ordered a large serving of meat udon.
The soup is made with miso, and the udon is muscular and uneven.
The meat is horse meat and has a good taste.
The taste was much better than I expected and I was surprised. I definitely want to go again.

どうしても食べたくなり一人バイクで訪れました。
吉田うどんはそこまで経験して居ませんが、こちらのうどんもコシのある美味しいうどんです。
濃い味噌味のスープに辛味を入れて味変しながら楽しむとあっという間に無くなります。
次は天ぷらも乗せたいなぁ。
また行きます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉田のうどんといえば自宅を改造してもてなすお店が多く、どことなく懐かしくまるで田舎のおばあちゃんの家に来ているようなそんなくつろげて着飾らないお店の印象があります。
ここたかちゃんうどんは数年前のドラマ「絶メシロード」で有名になってしまったようです。中央道に富士吉田西桂スマートICができたので、行きやすくなりました。私はその前に行ったことがあって素朴な味噌味のうどんを食べました。
今回食べたのは肉うどんですが、ここ富士吉田で肉うどんというと馬肉を煮たものになります。クセがなく味付けよくご飯にもあいそうです。そしてキャベツがのっているのも特徴です。これが味噌味のつゆにあうのです。うどんはコシがあって固く、業務的なものではなく自分で打ったもののようなそんなうどんで、これがまたよいのです。
絶メシロードでは店主の女性は安藤玉恵さんが演じていましたが、マスク越しでも安藤さんに勝るとも劣らないほどの美人女店主が一人で切り盛りしており、会計のときの目尻が下がる笑顔は忘れられませんでした。
店先の太めのおばちゃんの人形は店主のお母さんのようですね。
安藤さん、深夜食堂の役のマリリンの印象が強くマリリンと呼んでいます。

Udon is chewy and firm, and it's not a business thing, it's like something you hit yourself, and this is also good.
Tamae Ando played the female owner of the shop at Zettai Meshi Road, but a beautiful female shopkeeper who is as good as Mr. Ando even through a mask is working alone, and forgets the smile that the corners of the eyes go down at the time of accounting. I couldn't.
The thick auntie doll at the storefront looks like the owner's mother.
