初めて吉田のうどんというものをいただきました。噂通りコシがたまりません。また麺自体に塩気があります。ボリュームはほんとうに満点だったので、大盛りは覚悟してから臨んでください。
写真は「くれちうどん」つまりフルトッピング。馬肉、わかめのトッピングが特徴的です。卵黄が美味なのも印象的でした。
平日の来訪だったので、お昼１２時でもすっと入れました。駐車場も広くて安心です。
またコロナに対する意識が高く、消毒・換気が充分。また有事のときに、連絡先を記載してお渡しします。

For the first time, I received Yoshida no udon. As rumored, it's irresistible. Also, the noodles themselves are salty. The volume was really perfect, so be prepared for a large serving before you come.
The photo is "Kurechi Udon", that is, full topping. It features horse meat and wakame seaweed toppings. It was also impressive that the egg yolk was delicious.
Since it was a weekday visit, I was able to enter even at 12:00 noon. The parking lot is large and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が店前に4台分だけ。他にも有るようですが、初めてのお客様はわからない。いっぱいであれば素通りして他店へ! うどんについては、麺は太くて、こしがあって最高◎ だしも良し◎ ただし、食べる前に下のだしをよくかきまでて下さい。だしの下側に良い味の部分が溜まっているため、混ぜないとだしの味がわかりにくいからです。大盛は普通盛りに比べて、肉やネギなどの盛り付けがバラバラで美味しく見えないし、肉などの量も少な目に見える・・だんねん

とりあえず、店の名前が付いたくれちうどんを注文。ゴワゴワと硬めのうどんにキャベツのシャキシャキやワカメの食感が楽しく、出汁が効いた塩味しっかりのツユも美味しくいただけました。真ん中の生卵やすりだねを入れるタイミングをずらせば色々な味わいも楽しめる。

「寿（ことぶき）」という駅から徒歩圏内にある昔ながらの見た目のお店。
付近にはCITIZENの大きな工場があり、お店にはそこの従業員たちがうどんを食べにここに来るようだ。
水はセルフになっている。
注文したのは、肉うどん、冷やしうどん、冷やしうどん（大）の3つ?
うどんは「これでもかっ」と思うほどコシが強い‼️
この食感は都内のうどん屋では味わえない?
柔らかい普通のうどんだったら、箸で麺を沢山すくって頬張れるんだが、ここのうどんは1麺1麺ずつ食べないと、とてもじゃないけど噛みきれない?
麺は太くコシが半端なく強い❗️
めちゃくちゃ食べ応えがあるうどん?
スープも出汁がよく効いておりうどんとの相性抜群?
とても美味しいので、2杯くらいツルツルっと食べてしまいそうになる?
肉うどんは温かい麺なので、冷たい麺よりもコシは弱め。っと言っても普通のうどんよりも硬いけど?
肉の味付けが結構甘めなので卓上の唐辛子をふりかけて食べると、甘さと辛さが中和されてちょうど良い味付けになる。
冷やしうどんはそのままでも美味しいのだが、大根おろしがあればもっと美味くなるなぁーと感じた?
また、日曜限定で「カレーうどん」が食べられるみたい?
