相席ではなく、一つのテープルを区切って2人席にするなど臨機応変に対応しているようです。
若い男性男性定員の対応は愛想良く頑張ってました。
下記は初訪問時の感想です。
混雑時でも相席はありません。
それはそれで良いんですが、そのため4人掛けテーブルに2人組とか大人数テーブルに3人とかっていう案内になり無駄な空席が多発するので、やたら待ちます。
コップとかもドンッ！って無造作に配膳されるので正直感じ悪いです。

Below are my impressions from my first visit.
There is no shared seat even when it is crowded.
That's fine, but for that reason, there are a lot of useless vacant seats, so I'll wait a lot because it will be a guide such as a duo at a 4-seat table or 3 people at a large table.
Don't even have a cup! It's honestly unpleasant because it is served casually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンタンメンにしましたが全体的に特徴はなく普通の佐野ラーメンです。
それにしてもワンタンが厚いのはこれが普通なのでしょうか？なかなか求めているワンタンメンに出会えません。理想は山形県酒田市の満月系のワンタンです。

餃子は、皮も手作りということで〖おすすめ〗になっていたので注文。大きくてボリューミーです。そのせいか、生ではありませんが中まで熱々ではありませんでした。チャーシューも分厚いのでラーメンでも充分お腹いっぱいになりました。美味しかったのですが、食べきれなくて少し残してしまいました。(´•̥ω•̥｀)<ｽｲﾏｾﾝ!!
餃子は、『大きい餃子』とか説明があれば良かったかなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺と餃子の温度管理が今ひとつでぬるめなのが冬場にはちとざんねんですね。あとは女性的な観点がないからか、待っている客への配慮がないような気も。全体的にオペレーションが今ひとつなのはスタッフというよりもマネジメントのせいなのやも。
The temperature control of noodles and dumplings is not so good and it is lukewarm in winter. I also feel that there is no consideration for the waiting customers, probably because there is no feminine perspective. The reason why the operation is not good overall is because of the management rather than the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさりスープと手打ち麺がとても美味しかったです。LINEで友達になって大盛り無料にしてもらいました。餃子ももちもちで野菜たっぷりで美味しかったです。あっさり目の味なので、大判ですがペロリと食べてしまいます。ライスにはそんなに合わなさそうなので、持ち帰りは買いませんでした。
The light soup and handmade noodles were very delicious. I became friends on LINE and got a lot of free. The dumplings were chewy and full of vegetables, and it was delicious. It has a light taste, so it's a large size, but I eat it with a sip. I didn't buy a takeaway because it doesn't seem to suit rice so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンはスープがやや濁り気味で味もぼんやりした印象。餃子は餡がとても細かいので好みが分かれると思いますが、自分としてはもう少し粗めのほうが食感が感じられて好きです。
