J	Jose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good tastes ramen. Recommend for everyone, but you might love more たんたん亭 located at the Hamadayama station in same taste way.
T	Tokyo Addicted on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taishoken certainly stands out in a city full of ramen shops. First, the portion is HUGE. Like HUGE!! It’s maybe 3 times the amount of a normal ramen serving. The soup stock itself is of the rare “fish stock” variety. It’s a bit salty and a bit sweet as well. The soup comes chock full of Chashu (pork) especially if you order the Chashu-men! Go here later at night, as lunch time often has a line around the building. 5/5 would recommend if you’re hoping to try some different ramen in Japan.

I cam buy 2 ramen with extra meat and egg in most places for the same price. Place is also kinda old/ugly Didn't hate it but I probably won't go back either...

The menu is simple (too simple), there is only one ramen type, no nori, no boiled egg. The soupe is ok but not exceptional. The noodles are good and the meat are fine (the only good point). Portion are too big. The staff is cold. The ramen is expensive for such poor quality.
