気になるお部屋ではありますが、
決めるべき期限も迫り、気が気では無かったのですが、丁寧な対応をして頂き、決めることができ、大変嬉しく思います。
冷たいお茶も出して頂き、契約内容に至っては、読み上げながらの分かり易さに
納得が行き、スタッフの皆さんの仕事ぶりに敬服します。

引越しのことで不安があったのですが、丁寧に説明していただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約まではとても親切な対応でしたが、契約後に問い合わせをしたところ一切返事がなく、催促の連絡をこちらからもう一度してやっと返事があるような状態です。(しかも問い合わせた内容は忘れていたのか今からもう一度聞くという内容でした)
新規契約を取る事を大事にしているのは分かりますが対応の差にびっくりしました。
