★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ざるそばを頂きました。舞茸の天ぷらがゴロンとでっかいサイズで、海老も太くて最高です。そばは細いのと太いのが選べますが、私は細いのが好きです。天ぷら揚げるのに時間かかりますから時間に余裕があるときにいかがですか。
I had a tempura soba. The tempura of maiko is huge and the size is great, and the shrimp is thick and the best. I can choose thin and thick buckwheat noodles, but I like thin ones. It takes time to fry tempura, so why not when you have time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 笠間の郊外にひっそりと蕎麦屋さんがあります。すみよしです。このお店はメニューもそう多くありませんが、そばとつゆのこだわりには素晴らしいものがあります。コスパは高いですが、蕎麦は石臼で引きで毎日ひいていますし、だしは天然出汁を使用しています。
だから体が喜ぶお蕎麦屋さんです。写真は天丼セットです。全てが美味しいセットです。特に天丼は甘さ、味の調合が絶妙です。味のわかる方是非ご賞味下さい。口コミをしますと混雑してしまうのが恐ろしいのでこれまで控えていました。この様な貴重なお店を潰したくありません。女将さんまた来ますね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高卒で就職する前後の時期に行ったきりで16年振りに食べに来た。前来た時変わらずのメニューのままで舞茸天ざると炊き込みごはんセットを頂きました。味は変わらず美味しかったので次行く時は蕎麦がきぜんざいももう一度食べに行きたい他、コロナ負けず頑張って欲しい
