というのは私の完全な個人的意見を元に注文して頼んだ料理のなかから１番美味しかったオススメの一品を紹介してます！
是非このお店に行った時は注文してみてください！
美味しかった！不味かった！など好みはあるかもしれませんが、初めて行くかたのために参考になれば幸いです！
前から興味のあったこちらの焼き豚カツたいらさんに初訪問。
今日の注文は特上ロースカツ定食でしたが、食べた結果多分特上ヒレカツが一番美味しいだろうなと思い、ベスト一品に選びました。
まず柔らかさはとても柔らかくGOODです。
しかし少し肉の旨味的なものが足りないかなと思いました。
ただ柔らかい感じ。でも焼き豚カツということで恐らく通常の豚カツよりヘルシーであの柔らかさは立派です。
脂身も上質なタイプの味はしなかったのでロースではなく、ヒレのがいいかなと感じました！あともう少し店内が綺麗な方がいいなと思ってしまいました。

First visit to this grilled pork cutlet Taira who has been interested for a long time.
Today's order was a special loin cutlet set meal, but as a result of eating, I thought that the special fin cutlet would probably be the most delicious, so I chose it as the best dish.
First of all, the softness is very soft and GOOD.
However, I wondered if there was not enough delicious meat.
It just feels soft. However, because it is a grilled pork cutlet, it is probably healthier and softer than a regular pork cutlet.
I didn't taste the fat type, so I thought it would be better to use fins instead of loin! I also thought that it would be better if the inside of the store was a little cleaner.
It was a treat (^_^)

肉は柔らかく衣も薄くさっぱりしている。少なめのキャベツと赤だし豚汁が美味しかった！

久々に今池上陸したのでランチにロースカツ定食を頂きました。塩トッピングはなかなかいける。気になるのは値段の割に味噌汁とご飯が少ない。ザワークラフト風キャベツもっと食べたい！お釣りもありません表示？ちょっとケチ臭い店だと感じました⤵︎

I landed in Imaike after a long time, so I had a loin cutlet set meal for lunch. Salt toppings are pretty good. What is worrisome is that there is little miso soup and rice for the price. Sauerkraut-style cabbage I want to eat more! No change displayed? I felt it was a bit stingy ⤵︎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼きトンカツとあるように、衣はついてますが揚げたトンカツとは別物です。
お肉は下味がついており、ほんのりピンクでジューシー、そのまま食べても美味しいし、ソースをつけてももちろんおいしかったです。
揚げるより手間隙かかってそうなので仕方ないかなと思うところはありますが、何回もリピートするにはちょっと割高な印象ですかね。
そうはいっても豚肉をここまでおいしく食べさせてくれるお店はそうそうないと思います。
メニューの値段が税抜表記なので、ぴったり準備してレジに行くと慌てます

日本一ですね。
ここにきたら、
まずケチらない事。
そして、
店主はしっかりこだわりあるから
まずは手の消毒をして
案内を聞く。それがマナー。
何回か行けば
仲良くしてくれます。
特製ロースカツ定食を250gにアップさせて、
茶味豚があるときはそれ。
あとは別料金だけど、味噌だれ、甘酢にんにくタレ、塩の三つをトッピング。
マジでうますぎてやばい。
しかし、、、この店しかこの味が出ない。
必ず食通を語るなら一度は行ってください。
めちゃくちゃ有名になりきってないのは
写真だとあまりうまそうに見えないから。笑
食えばわかります。
これに感動せんやつは味音痴だと思う。笑
