★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の方の紹介で、ランチに味噌ヒレカツを頂きました。 熱いカツに、タレの味噌が冷たく感じて少し違和感を覚えましたが、味噌タレとカツが直ぐに馴染んで、とても美味しく賞味する事が出来ました。しっかり揚げたカツは、サクさくして適度な歯ごたえが楽しめました。添えてあるキャベツとの相性も良かったと思います。
Introduced by a local, I had miso pork cutlet for lunch. The hot cutlet made the miso sauce feel cold, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, but the miso sauce and cutlet quickly became familiar and I was able to enjoy it very deliciously. The deep-fried cutlet was crispy and enjoyed a moderate texture. I think it went well with the attached cabbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋に来たし、味噌カツが食べたい！と思ったものの、なかなかお店が空いておらず、近くだしと、とりあえずで選んだお店でしたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しくてびっくり！おばあちゃん、奥さん、旦那さん、お子さん？の家族で経営されているのか？アットホームな、昔ながらの食堂という感じでした。観光客が来るというよりは、地元の方が来られるようで、この日も、テイクアウトでじゃんじゃん電話がなり、取りに来られ、と大変繁盛していました。味噌ヒレカツを注文。お肉も、衣も、揚げ具合も最高！何よりこの甘くて濃い味噌ダレが、カツに合っていて最高に美味しかったです。赤出汁もちょうどいい味つけてとても美味しくて、名古屋に来たらまた絶対訪れたいお店となりました。ごちそうさまでした。

Rather than tourists coming, it seems that locals are coming, and on this day as well, it was very prosperous, as I got a phone call at takeout and came to pick it up. I ordered miso pork cutlet. The meat, clothes, and fried food are the best! Above all, this sweet and thick miso sauce matched the cutlet and was the best. The red soup stock was just right and it was very delicious, so when I came to Nagoya, I definitely wanted to visit it again. Thank you for the meal.

日曜日の昼だけあって、若干並ばれてました。
味噌カツは甘くて濃くて美味しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エビフライ定食を頂きました。初めて伺いました。お客様大変入店しておられて忙しそうでした。カウンター席に1人でいただきました。エビフライ定食1820円でした。かなり強気な設定なのかな。海老もしっかり噛み応えあり美味しくいただきましたけど衣はサックリ感無くてちょっと残念でした。お店の雰囲気、料理の内容からも割高感ありました。繁盛されているので皆さんはこれで良いのでしょう。味噌汁も少し濃く感じました。この値段なら香の物もキュウリのきゅうちゃんぽいのでなく、せめて自家製のお漬け物にしてほしいですね。あとせめて小鉢があれば質量的に納得なのかな。あくまでも個人的な意見です。

ロース味噌カツをオーダー ご飯大盛り?に
今日は空いていたかなぁ(´ε｀ )
家族経営のようで 雰囲気もd(≧▽≦*)
揚げの良い音と香りを聞きながら
10分程で到着
見た目も綺麗✨赤だしは自分好みな濃さで美味しい‼️ではカツ‼️最初の1口は味噌をしっかりと付けていただきます?
ジューシーで味噌の味と肉の脂が美味い?ですねぇ 揚げが完璧??
味噌にしっかり味があるのでキャベツはそのままカツと一緒にいただきましたぁ(o´艸`)スパサラもd(≧▽≦*)
ご飯も美味しく肉の脂の味を噛みしめながら あっという間に完食‼️
