★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月の上旬からメニューの方が変わってとんかつだけになったが、クオリティーがとても高く味わい深いものとなっていました。とんかつの方がピンク色で苦手な人もいるかもしれないがとても美味しいので是非食べてみて欲しい。自分が知っているとんかつの中では一番おいしいと思います。また来たいとおもいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄御器所駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所に２０２１年４月２日にオープンしたうどんととんかつのお店、休日のランチで利用してみました。店内はカウンターが少しとテーブル３卓、掘りごたつ７卓、奥にはお座敷もあり、それに２階席もあるかもですね、１１時３０分ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは２組でしたが、その後は続々とお客さんが来店してきていました。
ランチメニューとしてヒレとんかつ、カツカレー丼、タレカツ丼、小天丼にそれぞれうどんが付いて９００円から１１００円のおトクなサービスセットがあり、また通常メニューではヒレやロースのとんかつ、カツカレー、ロースカツ鍋、海老フライ、メンチカツ、豚ステーキなどの豚肉料理、それにカレーうどんや釜玉うどん、肉うどん、海老天うどんなどのうどん、それにカツ丼や天丼などの丼ものなどがありました。
いただいたのはランチメニューからカレーカツ丼とうどんのサービスセット、うどんはころうどんにしてもらいました。
カレーカツ丼は上に乗っているのはヒレカツ、かなりしっかりとした厚みがありますが、低温でじんわり時間をかけて揚げてあるということで火の入り具合はなかなかのものですね、お肉もすごく柔らかいです。カレーはしっかりとした辛さがあり辛いのがそんなに得意ではないワタクシ、結構汗も出てきちゃいました、でもなかなかイケます。
一方のうどんはミシュランガイドビブグルマンの常連「香川一福」さんの監修ということ、細めの麺ですがもちもちとした食感がしっかり感じられ美味しかったです。
ヒレカツがオススメということではありますが、ワタクシ的にはとんかつはロース派なので今度はロースカツをいただいてみたいですね、ごちそうさまでした。

I had a curry cutlet bowl and udon service set from the lunch menu, and udon was koroudon.
The curry cutlet bowl has fin cutlet on top, and it has a fairly solid thickness, but since it is deep-fried at low temperature for a long time, the condition of the fire is quite good, the meat is also very good. It's soft. Curry has a strong spiciness and I'm not so good at spicy food, and I've sweated a lot, but it's pretty cool.
On the other hand, the udon noodles were supervised by Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand regular "Ichifuku Kagawa", and although they were thin noodles, they had a chewy texture and were delicious.
Although it is recommended that the pork cutlet is recommended, I would like to have the pork cutlet next time because the pork cutlet is a roast pork cutlet.
