久しぶりに行ったけど岩塩で食べるの大好き! キャベツは必ずおかわりさせていただいてます キャベツをたくさん食べるとフライ物でもくどく感じないんですよね 私はとんかつの付け合わせのキャベツの時はドレッシングではなくてソースでいただくのが子供の頃から変わらずです。 追記・とんかつはほぼこちらでしか食べない程マ・メゾンさんが大好きです。 お水ではなくお茶を出してくださるのって良いですね。 ご飯が雑穀米になっていて余計に嬉しかったです。 ヒレカツとロースを食べましたが、両方とも良いですね。 以前はバースデーハガキをくださって一皿プレゼントがうれしかったです。 これからも通わせていただきます。 21年6月13日ランチタイム再訪 悩んで結局ロースカツ定食に… いつもの岩塩とたまに辛口ソース 雑穀のご飯は少なめって言い忘れて完食してしまいました。(笑) 脂身最高! 今度は海老フライかカニコロ追加しちゃおうかな〜

東区のとんかつ屋さん♪ この日伺ったのは東山線新栄町駅から徒歩2~3分ほどにある、とんかつ マ・メゾン 東桜本店さん♪ レトロモダンな佇まいなお店には熟成庫もありました? 注文したのは低温揚げロースかつ定食2068円、ご飯は白米と雑穀米で選べるので、雑穀米でお願いしました?‍♂️ 出来上がりまで20分ほどかかるとの事でしたが、低温で揚げているなら普通なので問題無し?‍♂️ 暫し待ち着盆? 両端以外は全て見せる盛り付けですが、断面を見た瞬間「マジか?」と思ったのですが、後ほど?‍♂️ 先ず1切れ軽く塩を振り食べると、熟成肉を使用しているだけあり肉の旨味もあり、脂部位も甘みがある? ロースとなっていましたが見た目的にはリブロースでこれは嬉しい誤算で、脂に挟まれた部位は柔らかでジューシー? しかし、柔らかく揚げるために低温でストレスをかけずじっくり揚げているとは思いますが、余熱で火を入れる揚げ方ではなく、芯まで火が入るまで揚げられているので、肉汁が抜けてしまって食感が柔らかでもモサっとしてるのが勿体無い? 食後の柚子シャーベット美味しかったです?‍♂️ ご馳走様でした♪
