★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも混んでいます。受付開始時間について、
病院のホームページには午前は9時、
午後は15時30分と記載されていますが、
2021年2月の時点では、それぞれ8時45分、
15時20分のようです（病院入口の掲示）。
土曜日の8時30分頃に行くと、すでに10人前後
並んでいる状況でした。
注意点として、たとえ10番目の番号札を
取ったとしても、ずっと前から病院内で
待っていなければ、その順番通りに呼ばれない
ということがあります。
外出から戻った時点で9番目の方まで診察が
進んでいる、『間に合った』と思ったら、
11番、12番の方がどんどん診察に入っていき、
結局診察室に入れたのは20番目くらいでした。
朝早く並ぶ意味が全く無いです。現在の
診察番号が分かるシステムも導入されましたが
それを見ながら、順番ギリギリに戻ると、
ものすごく院内で待たされる、という
意味がわからない状況になっています。
対策はされていても、待合室は混んでいるので
こちらは密集を出来るだけ避けたいと
思っているのですが、、、
診察の面では手際良く適切な処置をして
いただけるので、全く不満はないのですが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 強いステロイドで肌がボロボロになったのにそれを伝えても「塗るしかない」と言われさらにひどい状態になりました。もう行かないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医院の先生と看護師さんは丁寧にしてくれますが、受付の方の対応が残念でした。建物周辺の路駐のせいで最終受付時間を2分過ぎ、事の説明もしましたが受付拒否されました。その日のうちに病院をかえました。患者に寄り添ってとうたっているのに残念でした。
The doctors and nurses at the clinic are polite, but the receptionist's response was disappointing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日昼間に行きましたが、それでも結構混んでるものですね。
待合室は清潔感あり、漫画など読んで過ごせます。
接遇も丁寧でした。
再訪。
抜糸の処置をしてもらったのですが、処置室で上半身裸のまま10分くらい待たされました。
医療者側がわずかな手間を惜しんで患者満足度を下げる典型だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レーザー治療もやっており長年悩んでた顔のイボみたいなもの取っていただけました。コスパ良かったです。ただレーザーは予約制になっており（当たり前かも）一か月先とかです。先生は優しいというよりはテキパキした女医さんなので淡々としている印象。あれだけ混雑しているので仕方ないと思いますし、自分は診察してもらって薬出して欲しいだけなので個人的には好きです。ただ他の口コミにもある通り人によっては冷たいなと感じる人もいるのは頷けます。ゆっくり話をしたい人は不向きだと思います。

The teacher is a female doctor who is more responsive than kind, so I have the impression that she is indifferent. I think it can't be helped because it's so crowded, and I personally like it because I just want to see him and give him medicine. However, as mentioned in other reviews, it is no wonder that some people feel cold. I think it is not suitable for people who want to talk slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方が結構厳しめのコメントを書いていますが、院長先生は気さくな方です。混雑していてお忙しいので「納得の行く診察がしてもらえなかった」と感じる方が居るのかもしれません。看護師さんは皆さん明るくて感じが良いです。説明の口調が早口の方が居るのと、受付の方があまり明るくない(事務員さんなので無愛想ではないけどそういう接客に慣れてないんでしょう)という事でマイナス1です。
Others have written rather strict comments, but the director is a friendly person. It may be crowded and busy, so some people may feel that they didn't get a convincing medical examination. The nurses are all cheerful and pleasant. There is a person who speaks fast in the explanation, and the receptionist is not very bright (I am not unfriendly because I am a clerk, but I am not accustomed to such customer service), so it is minus one.

ネット予約制になる前は、待合室に座れない患者がいる程混雑していたが、連携がスムーズだからこそ上手く捌けている。
捌き方も不十分な流れ作業ではなく、医師や看護師も明るく、十分な説明もしてもらえる。
予約は一ヶ月前からしておくのが良い。
たまに予約不要の常駐ではない医師が担当の日があるが、特段問題なかった。
急ぎで診察希望の場合は、直近の予約不要日でも問題ないと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses, doctors, and staff here are pretty friendly. They don't speak a lot of English, but there is one nurse who can (and she was really nice). It's usually crowded here so if you don't like waiting, make sure to come here before they open in the morning or before they reopen in the afternoon. There's also a pharmacy near here with pharmacists that are really smiley (one of them also speaks English).
