8	8823 spitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜中華街元シェフの店ということで、担々麺の評価が高いようです。ということでランチのラーメンセットから、担々麺と炒飯をチョイス､これで750円。大陸系でも値上げが進む中ですが、なんとかこの値段はキープして頂きたい。厨房からは炒飯の香ばしい匂いが漂います。【担々麺】痺れる辛さもあり､ごまのコクもあり､なかなか美味しい担々麺でした。正直大陸系の店でこれほどの物が出てくるとは思っていませんでしたね。細めのストレート麺は湯切りが甘いような感じもしましたが、もちもちと食べごたえのある麺で良かったです。味に奥行きもありました。【炒飯】小ぶりで油多めのパラパラ炒飯です。香ばしさは十分でしたが､具材の風味をあまり感じることができなかったのが残念なところ。個人的にはあまり好きなタイプではないけど、美味しいものではあると思います。もちろん全てが完璧とまでは行きませんが、大陸系としては十分すぎるクオリティだと思います。コスパの良さは言うまでもありませんし、個人的にかなりオススメ出来るお店です。ごちそうさまでした。 Because it is a former chef's shop in Yokohama Chinatown, Dandan noodles seem to be highly evaluated.
