★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの医院は新患よりも予約患者を大切にする様だ 混み具合を確認し 今は空いていますとの返事があったので訪問しても １時間４０分過ぎても 診察なし 何時に診察するのか尋ねたところ 予約患者をより優先するので 分からない様子
もっと 診察するにあたり 新患や予約患者を 区分して よりスムーズに流れるように改善して欲しい
The clinic here seems to place more importance on the appointment patient than the new case. After confirming the crowded condition, there was a reply that it is now free. When asked, it seems that he / she does n’t understand because the priority is given to the patient
I would like to see new patients and appointment patients divided for further examination so that they can flow more smoothly.

治療やスタッフには満足です。
今までは待合スペースが狭く、長い時間の待ち時間が……という感じでした。
7.8月？頃からリニューアルして広くなり、待合スペースも広くなり待ち時間もゆったりできます。
キッズスペースもできたので満足です。
待ち時間もスタッフの人に聞かなくても札を見ればわかるので人と話すことが苦手な私でも大丈夫になりあり難いです。
スタッフが多く、バタバタしている様子が見えてしまう時があるのが残念ですが、満足です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２回目の受診です。初回はすいていてあまり待たずに診ていただけましたが、今回はお盆休み明けと夏休みということもあり待合室いっぱいに患者さんが、受付から1時間待ち診察。が、受付の方も感じ良く、先生は話を良く聞いてくれ、看護師さんも親切に説明してくれました。症状は頂いた薬で良くなりました。次回も1時間待っても受診したいです。(受付して外出することも可能な様でした。)
